Hotel Kosmas — Hotel in Municipality of Sithonia

Location is great, just a street away from the beach. Parking is always available near the hotel or in front of it. AC, Wifi, TV and cable all working correctly. The rooms are a bit small (we were 2 in a 3 app. bedroom and it worked ok but it was a litlle bit closed off, with 3 of us it would be impossible). There is a market behind a hotel where you can find whatever you need. Downside was the overall hygiene in the room, the bathroom mirror was smudged since we arrived, nobody cleaned our room for 11 days/10nights. Sheets and towels were changed once upon our request on the 6th days (the day after) and there where some leftover stuff prob.from previous guests, the water in the bathroom was yellow. Value for the money is 3 out of 5 because of this stuff but the location is good and stuff members are nice and friendly. Would not reccomend unless no...

The location was perfect - the beach is at 50-100 meters from the hotel. There is a supermarket next to the hotel. The balcony is big. The street is quiet and at the same time the city centre is located at 5 minutes walking. There are places where to park your car just in front of the hotel (not very much; however, parking was not an issue). The hosts were friendly. The wi-fi/Internet connection was good. There was a small window in the bathroom to keep the air fresh. The accessories in the bathroom were a bit worn out, but this was not an issue for us. I don`t know how anyone can say it was clean.It was NOT clean at all,the furniture broken and old,the refrigerator full of ice ,the bathroom was the worst...dark,dirty and a bad smell...you could not breath...yes,the hosts were nice...but...that is the only good thing there.You could see the dust between beds.My advice is never go there.NEVER!Oh,and another thing..They asked for all the money after the check in..not...
