Palm House Vicky Apartments - Nikiti — Hotel in Municipality of Sithonia

We stayed in the attic apartment (loft) at Studio Luna and were impressed the moment we arrived. The place is much nicer and more spacious than it looks in the photos. The terrace is huge and adds a truly wonderful touch to the experience.

The apartment is incredibly well-equipped — it has everything from an iron and a milk frother for Nescafe to a washing machine, mosquito repellent sticks, and two sun umbrellas (a large and a small one). There's even an espresso machine with coffee capsules included. The fridge is also large and very convenient.

The bed is comfortable, the pillows are decent, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The price wasn’t exactly low — €900 for two people in early July 2025 — but it was definitely worth it.

The location is excellent — close to both the town center and the beach, and perfectly positioned for exploring the beautiful beaches all around Sithonia.

Parking is available in front of the property, although not always — if you return late in the evening from the beach, you may need to find a spot on the nearby streets. Still, it’s not a major issue, as parking is usually easy to find.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at the apartment! The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and very close to many restaurants and bars. The apartment was spotless, well equipped with everything we needed, and had a strong WiFi connection. The private parking was also a big plus for us!

I stayed here with my family in May , 2021. Communication with the owner went really well. The place has large private and free parking, wifi, bakery and fruit store is just next to the place. Apartment is clean, well equiped with furniture and kitchen ware. There is a large balcony, plus one smaller balcony. The cofee machine would be a plus.
