Excuse me? I didn’t come to you just to complain – that’s a lie! You didn’t even let me finish speaking. Everything I showed you that was not clean, you simply ignored and kept telling me it was clean!

The problem is: you clearly have no idea what “clean” actually means! When we go on holiday, we want to feel at home – and that means everything needs to be truly clean. It’s not just about making money!

That means: renovate, replace the completely limescaled shower head, properly clean the shower – or ideally invest the money and redo it entirely. But definitely not just leave it the way it is!

And the smell in the room – absolutely disgusting! It didn’t smell like air freshener, it smelled clearly of mold and vomit.

Also, those ugly curtains seriously need to be washed – that would really be necessary!

And most importantly: the towels and the bed sheets must be replaced immediately!

Please don’t act like you understand – you were rude and arrogant and didn’t let us speak at all!

We are truly very disappointed! We’ve never experienced anything like this before. The towels were not clean, the bed linen was old and clearly not fresh. The bathroom was simply disgusting – the shower head was completely dirty and full of limescale. It was obvious that nothing had been properly cleaned in a long time.

I complained at the reception, but there was absolutely no interest or concern. The only response I got was: “It is clean.” – No, that is not clean! Anyone who calls this clean clearly has no idea what hygiene or customer service means.

The room had a bad smell, was located in the basement, and I felt completely uncomfortable staying there. We had booked two nights, but after just one night we decided to leave early – we just couldn’t stay any longer.

And all of this for 100 € per night – that’s outrageous! I asked for a partial refund, but this was completely refused. No understanding, no goodwill, no sense of responsibility at all.

We stayed here around 8 years ago, and back then it was okay. But it seems like nothing has changed since – still the same outdated pink-and-green rooms and curtains. Even the bathroom looks old and poorly maintained.

Cleanliness is the most important thing to me – and it was absolutely lacking here. Very disappointing and definitely not...

The villa is located near the road behind the promenade with all the nice restaurants and bars, so it's very close to the center of the action and to the beach. It has a large parking space in front of it but everyone coming to Nikiti parks there so it might be difficult to find a parking space if you arrive late at the villa. |The rooms are on the small side, but they're very clean, have new furniture, a confortable bed, a small kitchenette - not all have kitchennetes, though- and a tiny bathroom. Plus they have air conditioning and a well working wifi. All in all it's a great find in Nikiti. The only thing that can be bothering if you're a light sleeper, is that the walls are pretty thin and you can hear everything from the next room if you have noisy neighbours with small children. This is a more family with small children orientated villa, so if this is your scene, it's perfect! Also, if you're a light sleeper, you can't sleep with the windows open because of the loud people walking from time to time on the road in front of the villa or the motorbikes or the garbage truck who makes a terrible noise every day in the early morning. It woke me up but then I fell asleep again. So where do i start, the only decent thing about this place is the location it’s pretty close to the beach. Bu then the horrors begin, we stayed in an underground room the humidity was dreadful if you didn’t have the windows open 24/7 along with the AC blowing the air so a normal breathing air cloud even exist in the room we would not have been able to stay there at all. Don’t get me started on the service because it’s non existent, they don’t come to clean the room or even change the sheets or the towels. Cloud you imagine using the same dirty towels for more than 4 days i couldn’t so we had to take the initiative and go and beg for a change of towels and that’s only if there was any staff around at all because for the most of the time they were gone who knows where. Now that we have the service out if the way let’s get to the actual rooms. Well there was mold and it didn’t smell good the toilet seat was broken i want you to imagine just how much we had to adjust it just to sit normally on there. I cloud write another paragraph on why you shouldn’t come to this place but i think that will be just a waste of my time. So yeah I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Your money will be better off...
