Marann Cave — Hotel in Municipality of Thira

I could not rate this highly enough and this review is going to be long.

TLDR: well taken care of (from Arrivals at the airport throughout our entire stay,) at a gorgeous, bespoke, and romantic room that felt more like an apartment, and excellently situated in Akrotiri.

We received Excellent care from Anastasia at the main desk, where we paid and received a tailored recommendation map of the island. Mr George was our pre-arranged airport-shuttle driver who took us to a supermarket and bakery in addition to the main desk (not in Akrotiri,) and then to our room at Marann Cave (in the heart of Santorini.) The next day, the owner arrived herself to make sure we had everything we needed, and to double check we were pleased with the cleanliness, (it was Spotless.) She also insisted, as did Anastasia, to contact them if we want anything at all, including information on buses, tours, local sites, etc.

The view from the balcony/hot tub overlooks the castle, the village of Akrotiri, and far away all the many lights of Fira, Oia, and the cruise ships that circle the hot springs. It's quiet, Much larger than expected, and the attention to detail is fabulous.

Beautiful accommodation and excellent service by Maria. Wine on arrival and cleaning completed every other day. Any queries were answered promptly. Totally worth 5 stars. On the down side, if you have heart condition or breathing related illnesses then probably best to hire a car or quad for the break as lots of uphill walking but Marann Caves were amazing with...

Quelle belle surprise en arrivant sur place, de voir une pièce spacieuse avec un jaccuzi dans la salle de bain ! Le lit est confortable et la pièce fraîche.

L'emplacement est parfait pour avoir une belle vue, profiter du soleil ou pour aller en ville. De multiples restaurants sont à moins de 10min à pied, une supérette est également proche ou vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin.

Il y a également la plage rouge à proximité, accessible à pied ou en voiture.

Nos hôtes étaient adorables, généreuses et réactives. Nous vous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter une seconde !
