Although the facilities were fine, we had an unpleasant experience with the staff. In the morning without permission and scruple, a woman came in to yell at us in bed while we were sleeping, telling us that we had not booked for 3 people and 2 nights, even though we showed her the booking receipt, she kept yelling and inside the room. We had a bad experience in this pension and we wrote a review describing it on booking.com. The owner of Mirsini Pansion then marked our booking as a no show!, that had the effect of making the review disappear. We contacted booking.com customer service and explained what had happened; they did a few checks and found and told us that Mirisini Pansion had cancelled many bookings days after they ended, like they'd done in our case, and that the reviews those customers had left (which had been removed as well), like ours, mentioned...
