Just returned after a beautiful week in Parga and Magda's Hotel, amazing service and hospitality and nothing was too much trouble. All the guests were treated as part of the family. Our room was very comfortable, clean and the air conditioning made all the difference, they also included safety deposit box with the price! We were able to loan beach towels, saving some luggage space!. Breakfast was a delight, from 8.00am until whenever! and enjoying beautiful views over Parga Town. The hotel provided a transport to Valtos beach every day at 10.30am and would collect you at 3.00pm, now that is service! A Short walk over the top road into the old part of Parga, overlooking Valtos beach and leading towards the Castle, this was our favourite area as it was away from the crowds. Or, you could walk down the slight hill into Parga Town and the Harbour . If you have difficulty with steps, then ask for a room on the lower level, the hotel is built into the hill and has beautiful terraces reached by steps. July and August ore obviously very busy but it was still very beautiful. Lots of lovely Mediterranean/Greek eateries and traditional bars. Not a burger bar or tourist pub in sight - what a joy!. We will be returning, hopefully very soon. Thank you Costas, Spiro, Dimitri, Safie, Anna and all the staff . p.s Transfers are included,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt was our first time in Parga, and we absolutely fell in love with this place! Fortunately, it hasnāt yet been fully discovered by some of our less pleasant compatriots, which makes it a truly wonderful town with an amazing vibe. As for Magdaās Hotel Apartments ā after comparing with other accommodations, I can honestly say that none of them convinced me Iād want to stay anywhere else next time. Itās a special place, with warm and friendly people. The atmosphere is so relaxed that it feels like all the guests are part of a small family. Thatās exactly how we felt: that cozy āhomeā vibe. We arrived after a 14-hour trip, very tired, and had a small issue with the room we were assigned. Spiros, the owner, immediately solved it by moving us to another room, which allowed us to fully enjoy a wonderful vacation. Breakfast may not be extremely varied, but itās tasty and more than enough. Honestly, we donāt even have that many options at home, so I donāt see why it should be a reason for complaint. In the evenings, we sometimes had dinner here before going out ā I highly recommend Magdaās salad, itās delicious! Often, when we returned from town, we would stop for a glass of wine, in a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. I warmly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace, heartfelt hospitality, and good...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo many wonderful words for this place. Warm host, tasty breakfast, beautiful complex, convenient location and amazing views. Kosta is amazing. He made us feel very welcome. He was very accommodating with our rooms. He served a delicious breakfast which included fresh orange juice from the property. He told us stories of the town, gave us suggestions on what to visit, and when he would see us around town, he would be sure to say hello. The property is beautiful. Amazing views of the town and harbor below. Beautiful olive trees, lemon trees, orange trees, and flowers galore. Stonework to give you a traditional Greek feel. Nicely designed rooms, beautiful bathrooms and balconies to enjoy the view. The location is great. My cousin says Parga gets crazy busy in the summer and can get noisy in downtown. This is a little outside of that, so perhaps it doesn't get as noisy, but it's an easy walk to downtown. We were here during COVID and early in the season so it was rather quiet. Quick drive to Valtos beach on the other side. And again, the views are amazing. Views from the room, views from the castle which is a quick 10 minute walk, views everywhere. I highly recommend visiting Parga and i especially recommend...
