Koulas House — Hotel in Skiathos Municipality

Koula’s house is perched overlooking the sea. The view is spectacular. In fact there are steps leading to the water that allow you to jump in the sea for an easy swim. It’s located right at the old harbor. You can be in the center of the action in 2 minutes or enjoy the secluded view of the harbor and town. We stayed 5 nights and got a good feeling for the accommodations. |The place is impeccably clean and neat. Our room was made up each day, with fresh towels and coffee pods. |The room had a small refrigerator and coffee/tea maker. Dishes, cups and utensils are available to dine out in the shared deck area. If you want to dine out, there are countless local restaurants within 10 minutes radius walk. We also found a great bakery past the church for a coffee and pastry. |Koula’s house is a gem. Absolutely beautiful apartment with stunning views over the bay, and short walking distance to the town and in the opposite direction to the beach ( there are a lot of steps to walk back but the view is more than worth it) |we met some lovely people on the general balcony which is off of the main corridor, and we also had our own room one level up which was just stunning for the views. Nina was so friendly , even providing a cake and fizz for my girlfriends birthday. One thing we loved was the steps down to the sea right in front of the apartment, with a little ladder into deep water.... it was beautiful for an early morning swim. ||This place is a little gem and we will be back...

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Skiathos! Koula’s house was truly the find of the year for us - it offers a terrace (which we shared with a couple other guests, though it never felt crowded) with a spectacular view of the old port of Skiathos and we loved watching the boats come into harbor each evening, playing YMCA or Mamma Mia and spreading such joy. |Then there is the private swimming spot right beneath the house - the absolute highlight for us! ||Our hostess Sera was very helpful and friendly and the house was cleaned every day. The rooms were small but with good AC.||Wonderful experience all around - would happily recommend it to anyone visiting...
