Don't let the appearance of the restaurant's entrance deceive or discourage you. The inside and the balcony of Ricchi e Poveri is going to please you in so many ways. First and most importantly, the food is freaking awesome! The linguine carbonara was delightful. A big ( great portion! ) piece of paradise to your mouth! The pasta was cooked to perfection, the sauce was as good as it gets, the pancetta meat was more than adequate, from the right parts of the meat and in balance with the rest of the dish. The appetizers are mostly... Spanish, tapas of all kinds to be precise. A whole lot of them. Meat, vegetarian, creative, everything and anything can be found in their tapas menu! The view from the balcony is very calming. The personnel is very kind and always there to take care of your needs. Their prices are very reasonable, definitely in my top 3 of gourmet Italian restaurants in terms of quantity and quality to price ratio. This restaurant has an excellent view from its cute balcony, where we sat next to a mysterious staircase descending to nowhere... somehow a Skiathos cat appeared on that staircase, which provided pleasant company as it diligently stared daggers into our souls until we left.

The Tuna with wasabi sauce was excellent! Very much recommended for anyone that appreciates Fish OR Spicy goodness~ the Chefs are obviously very creative, and our server was friendly and very helpful for recommending the dish.

Unfortunately the food gets a 4.5/5 for me because the chilly beef was good but not very exciting, same for the nachos. Everything else was fantastic!! Thanks for having us ♡

Terrible experience! If I could, I would give 0 stars. We made a reservation during peak season and were clearly promised a table with an immediate sea view. When we arrived, we had to wait several minutes while the staff tried to get their act together – there seemed to be total confusion among them. When the manager finally approached us, she showed us the so-called “reserved” table, which was far from what we had been promised. I politely tried to explain the problem, but her attitude was indifferent, with no sign of helpfulness or willingness to find a solution. Such behavior, especially towards customers who booked in advance with a specific agreement, is utterly unprofessional. They clearly don’t respect their customers’ time, money, or expectations. I will never go back, and I definitely do not recommend this...
