Stayed for 7 days. The apartments are comfortable. If I am honest, I would have given a 5 rating but there were a few things to be improved, in the apartment. Could have done with a toaster at least and a draining board on the sink. The cleaning in the bathroom could have been better, a lot of limescale on the shower cubicle. For the star rating, I suppose it was acceptable. It would not put us off staying in the future. The rooms were soundproof as we never heard the aircraft that flew over quite often or noise from other rooms, above or next door. The lady on reception was very friendly. The Tourist tax was 14euros at 2euros per night per room. The air con was 65euros for the week. If you had a issue with anything eg our kettle, it was dealt with as soon as possible. All the communal areas were spotless and welcoming. We had room18 on the first floor. Plenty of room for three persons. There are many returning customers and we would not hesitate in the future. Just need to tweek some simple issues and it would be a great place to stay, with...
Read moreI stayed in the annex. different owners but very close to the main hotel. the staff at the pool are incredibly welcoming, helpful and polite. They remember each guests name, and address you by your name each time they see you. a nice touch. bar stocked a great variety of drinks. can't comment on food as only ate once which was egg on toast. pool area a decent ish size, usually a choice of beds available. the pool is medium sized and good for a swim. I did notice however a scum around the edge of the pool and a kind oily film on top one day. maybe it needs a decent clean.
my apartment in the annex was very modern. clean and tidy. cleaner cane fairly often but I would say a DEEP clean should be performed more often as I could see small things that have been missed.
the annex is right opposite majestic restaurant and above traffic bar. noise continues sometimes until 1am or even 2. be aware.
I enjoyed my stay at Georgia and the bonus points of its location to the beach and it's staff are...
Read moreAfter seeing some negative reviews I must say I was skeptical. However I thought the rooms were great for the price we paid - I found the bed to be very comfortable and the bathroom was good with a little wear and tear but nothing that put me off. The air-con and safe was also a good price compared to other hotels I have stayed at in the area. The pool area and bar was lovely with nice, well priced food. The rooms were cleaned daily and even though the towels were only changed every 3 days they give you plenty to begin with so not an issue. Genuinely the only slight negative I found was no toaster in the room which I found a bit strange with it being self-catering but I enjoyed the full english breakfast at the pool bar every morning anyway. Please don’t be put off by the negative reviews, if you’re looking for somewhere central, cheap with a good pool this is the place. If you’re looking for absolute luxury then pay for...
