Booked online as a surprise for a best friends birthday. We were abroad from England celebrating. I said in the email about it being for a birthday and they very kindly decorated the table with banners, balloons, party hats and made it very special she was so shocked!

The staff were very attentive, funny and made the whole evening very special. They even made a homemade cake, hand written with her name and with her age in candles. (Even provided us with free shots!)

The food was amazing, Jess said it was the best steak she had ever eaten, Freya was over the moon with her swordfish and I loved my traditional Greek vegetarian dish!

Wish we could go back again - but would have to book a flight over !

Went to pieros tonight...been few times previously and been fab however tonight had a few issues...did raise it at the time but basically one of the staff was rude and didn't apologise just told us that 50 mins OK.to wait for food even though many and I mean many other tables had eaten, paid and left who arrived after us. Won't be back which is such a shame as food was very good. Also didn't have our first two choices of bottles of wine despite being on menu. Had one bottle of red they could offer which was more expensive than other two. Then when we raised this issue along with service told we could have had glasses of the first two choices but we were not told thuis at the time. Left feeling very disappointed as food itself wasn't...

Nice service, the staff is very kind, but the food is modest at best. the place is quite spacious, although the combination of colours (orange) and fake plastic plants is quite depressing.

We tried some mussels and a Greek salad. cant go wrong with these two in a decent taverna, but the reality is you can here. the mussels seemed old, ill prepared, tasteless, and although are advertised as a very large portion, it was quite a small one. The basic Greek salad was fast-food like, again tasteless.

didn't return to try anything else. Maybe other dishes are better, don't know.

the prices are average, but you can definitely find better...
