Me and my boyfriend had a 7 night stay at this hotel. And the only thing that remained in my memory about this holiday is that this hotel ruined the entire stay. For the first night we had to stay in a very dirty and smelly room because according to the hotel this awas the room that our touroperator booked. I have my serious doubts about this. Anyway the room that we were accommodated in the first night was very small, dark, unclean and smelly. It was at the in the demi basement. All the rooms from the semi-basement are the same. The bathroom is very small, with a tiny bath tub. If you want to have a shower take it for granted that the whole bathroom will be soaked in water. The walls are dirty the toilet as well. In the middle of our room there was a sustaining pillon which made the room even smaller. Because of the smell you can't close the window/terrace door. So you can't leave any valuable things in the room if you want to go out. The door opened very hard, as matter a fact I couldn't open the door by myself, everytime my boyfriend had to do it for me. Partly beacuse of the unhealthy conditions and partly because of the situation I got very sick so half of the second day I spent it at the health clinic next door. (They have very good medical services and are very attentive also) The second day the hotel changed our room due to the serious "discussion" we had with the hotels representatives. Our second room was better, cleaner and the smell was not so bad. Furniture is very old and they did not make any modernizations to the bathrooms or the hotel in general. This room's bathroom was bigger and cleaner also. In the bathroom there are no showers with flexible hoses, there's a device that come's out directly form the wall. It is impossible to have a shower without wetting you're hair. In our room we had two twin beds placed one near the other, the beds had wheels instead of feet, so at any time they sepparated. I hated the pillows. Every morning I woke up with neck pain. About the hotel you should know the following: 1. Reception - at first sight it looks ok but when you look closer you can see the old furniture which is highly deteriorated 2. Personnel -Average. They are very smiley but if you have a problem you can forget about their help in solving it. They changed our towels one day, and by mistake they took one of my towels. The good thing is that they do the cleaning every day. 3. Sheets from bedroom -old and coloured. They are not white - they are yellow/grey and this isn' t their original colour. 4. Pool - there is a pool, we never tried it. There is no shower next to the pool, even if the regulation says that you must take a shower before getting in. 5. Breakfast - very poor. For six days I ate toast with cheese. They also have other things, every morning the same variety. If you are selective with what you eat, you won't find many things. Coffee is intant coffee. 7. Beach- I liked very much this area Practically from the garden you can get into the sea. If they had more care of the grass this garden/yard would be great. 8. Hotel and it's surroundings -very noisy becasue of the loud music from the bars/clubs nearby. 9. The hotel has it's own parking lot which is a plus. But it has no survaillance. Long story short: I would never come back to this hotel again.

Let me introduce by saying I stayed in one of the rooms so this may or may not apply to the apartments the hotel also offers. Good stuff: Good staff. Especially the pool lady :) The hotel has a coasy pool with a cafeteria serving easy meals and drinks. The pool is connected to a shallow children's pool although I'm not sure that's entirely a good thing :F Arms length from the ocean. The water is shallow a good ways out and well suited for all ages. There isn't much of a beach though. Bad stuff: Got a towel with a smudge on it. The aircondition is turned off at intervals and you end up cooking if you're in your hotel room at these hours. Especially in the morning. You have to pay extra for the fridge. The Wi-Fi was useless and I had to use roaming on my phone. No gym anywhere close by, had to work out in my room. Conclusion: the hotel didn't offer very much quality-of-life stuff apart from the pool. Thats why this hotel gets a 3. But it didnt bother me too much since I spent most hotel time down at the pool anyway. If you get a good price like we did it's absolutely worth it, but if your looking for an all inclusive this wouldn't be my pick.

It is a fine hotel, but there are several minuses. It has a good location direct to the sea, but on the opposite side of the road, there are a bar with live music. I changed room as I got a room on the road side. Expect very loud music until midnight. The room is okay, but very sterile. Only one very small painting, no welcome leaflet or information about the fees for TV, refrigerator or other things. I have been in Greece for 20 times and the first time I have seen fees for this. The cleaning was okay. Good clean pool area, but the pool bar was too expensive. Allmost the double price as in town. And the food was was not acceptable. Very good green area between hotel and water. There are no beach, only stairs directly into the water. The breakfast was good with small changes each day.

I am deeply disappointed with this hotel and its staff, and I would not recommend it to anyone.||The hotel is old, and the dining area is furnished with very outdated furniture. Breakfast is poor and minimal. One man is in charge of both clearing and serving the breakfast, and he does so with visible irritation — slamming plates, dragging chairs loudly across the floor. There was no salt on the tables, and when I asked for some, he grabbed a salt shaker from another table where people were still sitting, clearly annoyed.||Smoking is allowed both on the hotel terrace and on the room balconies. If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, this is absolutely not the place for you. Our balcony neighbors were smoking constantly, and the smoke was coming straight into our room.||There are two stairways leading directly into the sea, but the steps are slippery and dangerous — especially for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. The metal handrail is loose and offers no real support for getting into the water.||The cleaning service was a story of its own. We stayed for two long weeks, and during that entire time, our bed linen was changed only once — two days before we left. The cleaner never wiped the sink, coffee spills, bathroom mirror, or dust from the furniture. On one occasion, she didn’t even clean the room — she simply placed the used towels that were on the floor back on the edge of the bathtub, saying she didn’t have time to clean because new guests had arrived.||All in all, I truly don’t understand who gave this hotel a three-star rating — it doesn’t...
