We were walking in Argassi looking for somewhere to eat when we spotted Spiros, a waiter we met on a previous trip working in this restaurant, knowing he would only be working in a decent family run establishment we gave it a try. We were not disappointed.... food was absolutely amazing, we are both vegetarian and the choices on the menu were fantastic, especially as a lot of the other restaurants in Argassi choices were very limited, all the staff were amazing, and treated us both very very well,as if we were an extention of their family, service 10 out of 10, food amazing, atmosphere brilliant, you must try...

The meals were made from frozen ingredients, shame is that the Tavern is about 50m from sea.
We have: sword fish ... dry as desert burger... unsalted minced meat and burned bun Napolitana pasta....under done pasta with probably Ketchup Salad...the greens was faded (they probably leave the letuce in dresing for too long) Coctails...we tried Margarita and AperolSpritz both came almost without alcohol and the ice was already half melted.

Read moreNot a good experience. I ordered a Lamb Kleftiko that wans’t properly browned at all, badly cleaned (lots of skin) and the menu says that comes with moshrooms but the plate came wihout it. The waiter did not warn me or give me the option to change the dish before coming, much less apologized and when I asked about it he just said “Thats it for today”. The service was not good at all and the waiters were a bit unwilling, except for a lady that were very kindly. We didnt asked for anything else and just left. You have many other restaurants on the street...
