The worst accommodation I've stayed in for a long while. The place was an absolute dump. I can't stress this enough - please dont encourage more of this by giving them any of your money. We were expecting it to be very basic judging by the 2 star rating but to describe it as basic would be generous to say the least. The standard of the inside of the room was disgusting. Light fittings coming off the wall, exposed wiring throughout, glass shower screen not attached the wall properly (would literally sway back and forth if you pushed it), brown stains on bed sheets, towel hooks and shower head holder coming away from the walls, furniture old and battered. I could easily go on. The "kitchen" facilities were laughable; there wasn't even a kettle. Cooking any sort of meal would have been impossible and all the glasses and plates were dirty when we arrived. The air conditioning created a bad smell and could only either be on or off as the temperature setting didnt work. It was also pointed directly at the bed so when sleeping you either suffered with the heat or endured a constant blast of cold air. The fridge was damaged, with the freezer compartment missing. This meant anything you put near the top of the fridge would freeze after enough time. Maybe ok for water but useless otherwise. Outside of the room was hardly any better. The stair well lights were often not working forcing you to navigate the stairs in near total darkness. The 'pool' had green slime around the edges, clearly hadn't been cleaned in weeks and didnt have any steps, meaning that if you did go in for some reason it was difficult to get out. The sun loungers may have genuinely been pulled out of a skip. There was a pile of old car tyres stacked at the front. The balcony faced straight across to the hotel opposite meaning that the people there could see directly in to your room and you in to theirs.||The street the hotel was on was fairly noisy, which really didnt bother us, but there was a dog living next door which would frequently bark late into the night. ||We booked this through Tui but Easyjet holidays were also selling it. Hard to believe they are even allowed to have a place this bad on their books....
Read moreSpent a week here in September and on the whole a most enjoyable stay, great location with the beach just around the corner and quiet bars and restaurants away from the madness of the strip you'd think you were in a different resort(helps coming in September),small pool if you don't want to use the hotels main was excellent! Spent two days thinking it was our own private pool with know other guests using it,|Only issue was towels and linen changed after 5 nights which seemed a little pointless with only 2 left, use of a dust pan and brush and a washing up bowl would be a great addition to the...
