Maria Mare Apart-hotel — Hotel in Zakynthos Municipality

Nice hotel. The location is AMAZING. Beautiful garden with sunbeds and pool, facing straight out onto the sea. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Just over the road is the Green Frog supermarket and bar / restaurant which serves great food. It's only a few minutes walk down into Argassi center where there's a load more restaurants and bars.||||The hotel is very clean and housekeeping came every day. As others have said, the furniture, kitchen and bathroom is very basic, but completely functional.||||The only issue we had was that the 2nd bedroom (with the kids bunkbeds in) isn't as noise insulated as the master bedroom and the airconditioning is facing away from it. It's also at the back of the property facing the road and Green Frog bar which is open till late and has live bands, so it ends up being very hot and loud. We ended up moving our kid's mattresses onto the floor of the master bedroom after a couple of nights which is a shame as we'd specifically looked for a 2 bedroom apartment.||||All in all though, it's a lovely little hotel. This is in one of the best locations in Argassi in my opinion. |We had a front facing with balcony sea view room. Yes, the rooms are basic, there is a kitchen with fridge - but we only used the fridge. Lovely and clean, and cleaned daily.|There were towels and beach/pool towels supplied. There is air con and a safe all included, no deposit required. |We went on bed basis only, but we asked for breakfast- 10€ a day pp, excellent breakfast as is all thier food.|I recommend the chicken souvlaki |Everybody were supper friendly- nothing too much trouble. |Sunbeds on grassed area, 7 or so steps onto the 'beach' which is about 4mt wide.|Pool lovely and warm. Showers and foot wash between beach and pool.|There are also so many places to eat out ... cannot say we had a bad meal in the 7 nights we were there.||The green frog is also straight across the road, bar/restaurant and shop for all essentials. Fab cocktails. ||We wanted a quiet week away just to totally unwind.... there is so little to do it was absolutely perfect for the type of week away we needed/ wanted.||Highly recommend the...

We stayed here in June for one week. Bed and breakfast. There were 3 of us in one room with 3 single beds. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious. Room was equipped with a kitchen including, fridge/freezer, kettle, stove, cutlery and plates. |Rooms are cleaned everyday by the house keeping. |The view from the balcony was beautiful looking out onto the sea. |Breakfast is pre ordered they give you a sheet and you tick what you’d like ready for the next morning. All the food was cooked fresh and it avoids food wastage. |The 2 ladies at breakfast and running the bar area Anna and Adela were amazing so friendly and welcoming they really made our stay enjoyable. ||Pool area was perfect with many sunbeds also down on the beach front part. ||This hotel is located a 5 minute walk into the main strip of bars, restaurants and shops. It’s super close but far away enough you don’t get disturbed by any of the outside noise. There is also a super market directly opposite the front of the hotel. ||Overall for the value of money we really recommend this place if you’re looking for a bed...
