Parashis Studios — Hotel in Zakynthos Municipality

Stay away!!! I can not really get how people put good reviews for this creepy “hole”. I booked this room as it was a nice place in a great location, from the look of the pictures. Once we settled in we realized it was very obvious the house hadn't been cleaned since the last guest. There were small bits of garbage everywhere and dirty floors with black hairs. The fridge did not work at all, the toilet couldn’t flush and the sheets were not clean and the bathroom mirror was covered in flecks of toothpaste and debris. The worst part is that the window couldn’t close so we were afraid to sleep as someone could come in easily, as we were located on the groundfloor..

I told the property manager the issues and mainly pointed that the window could not close, but she did not care. I guess she cared more for the 25€ we paid her! How cheap…

Do yourself a favor and stay away...

We have been there for a week and it was a really nice experience, the room for 2 people was really affordable and we were surprised how nice the owner is - we had contact with her the whole time, she helped us rent a scooter for a good price and she told us where the best food places are. The room was really clean and it had a nice, big balcony. There was a room cleaning service (around 2 times in 7 days) which was really sweet - the lady even cleaned the dishes for us, we are still shocked how everything was so good for such a low price! There was an AC in the room - worked perfectly. We recommend...

First of all, the host Vasiliki is incredible girl! Clean, close to the small local shops and restaurants, the beach is 5 min walking. Amazing views, calm, enough parking space for everyone, huge balconies, airco, and the most important you feel here really safe! Every couple days they come and clean your apartment, change your bedsheets and all the towels. If there’s anything that bothers you, the amazing host Vasiliki makes sure to fix it and always makes sure that her guests feels comfortable and welcome. Amazing place and amazing host...
