Excellent place. They have different types of food, even greek, but the plates are more gourmet than in the rest of the restaurants. They have a nice space for childrens to play (with legos, playdoh, blackboard, etc.). And the icing on the cake was that I told the owner I’m allergic to cats (something very complicated in Greece), and he asked his mother to seat at the door of the restaurant to keep the small cat, that is usually around, out. In our experience the welcoming Greek hospitality and service was missing. On ordering we enquired if cheese was part of the lamb kleftico as she has in intolerance?? We were told no! But unfortunately it came yes with cheese allover the dish at this point I complained and sent it back. As we waited i cut into the middle of my musacca and inserted my finger only to find that it was stone cold. This is easiest the best place for food and drinks in Alykes by far!. The food is fantastic and the menu offers something a little bit different like the curried pasta which was amazing.

The staff were very polite and know their drinks and food.

The cocktails were properly made in shakers etc and the best we had in Alykes, probably the only place that made the event to serve cocktails on the right type of glass.
