Hotel Hanna — Hotel in Panajachel

The family who run the property are lovely and really helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was a great view from the balcony. It was also good to have a tv that worked and hot water. |However the bathroom needs some attention and although the bed was comfy - the mattress was stained. |The garden area would be nicer if it was tidy and the pool area was not very inviting. The property could do with some serious attention which is a shame because I really liked the family. |The location is just outside.away from the 2 main town streets so you don’t get the busy street cars...

Worst hotel to stay at! Water stopped half way through a shower, they gave us dirty towels and when we asked for new ones it took over 2 hours so I was standing in my room naked waited for my husband to get a clean towel. I then just dried off with a hand towel. In the morning around 6am there were kids running up and down the hallway screaming and playing waking us up. Finally the last straw is when we had a 5am pick up and couldn’t leave the property because they locked us in! And couldn’t leave. I’ll NEVER EVER EVER STAY...

Rooms are excellent for the price. Clean, classic style. King rooms have fantastic porch and view of the lake. Very close to boat launch. The only thing I didn't like was the music from the street is loud until 10 pm. But it was quiet enough after that, and that's due...
