Don't get in! This is a tourist trap! The place looks decent, but it's all a facade. The food is a total disappointment. And overly priced, btw. They took 50 minutes to serve our food. The fried fish we ordered was not tasty at all. It waa breaded, but not well done. The steak was very bad. Poor quality meat. I would dare to say it was not even beef. We ordered micheladas and they were awful. The service isn't good either. Had to repeat ourselves, had to remind the waiters they hadn't served the ice or ketchup we had ordered several minutes before. We couldn't even have a nice conversation because the music was too loud. On top of it all... The bathrooms were filthy! This is a very bad place disguised as a decent one. The only good thing is the view, but you can go to another one ans have the same view but surely...

Food was not good and expensive for the area. . Drinks were good (including 2 IPA beers on the menu) and the view was good.

Ordered the sandwich de pollo and had a huge bun and it had two small thin strips of chicken with a ton of sweet mayonnaise based sauce. After eating the parts with chicken in it, I left 75% of the bread/mayonnaise on plate.

Wife ordered the hamburger without mayonnaise and it was also coated with a mayonnaise based sauce. Each meal was about Q100 and not worth it.

I guess we were paying for the view. Service was friendly and good.

The music was also painful. It was traditional instrumental music played on 2 powered monitor speakers which just Booomed and vibrated the entire lunch. They must have been out of phase and I couldn’t...

During our 7-day trip to Guatemala, this was the only place where we experienced truly terrible food—bordering on unacceptable. The quality was shockingly poor. The chicken we ordered was served cold, almost frozen in the center, and they even managed to ruin Mojarra fish, a local specialty. The kids’ chicken nuggets and fries were equally disappointing—cold, hard, and inedible.

It’s also evident that they know that their food is bad. We left most of our food untouched and the waiter didn’t even bother to ask us about our experience.

Avoid this place at all costs. If you do go for the views, stick to bottled beer (though I wouldn’t be surprised if they managed to mess...
