I wanted a birdwatching tour that started a little later than the normal 6 am. All of the arrangements were made directly with Atitlan Tours using whatsapp. Elías was very helpful and responded quickly to each of our questions. I would book this same outing again if I went back to Lake Atitlan. The tour included a roundtrip boat ride from Santa Catarina, transportation to the reserve as well as the benefits of having Elías, an experienced birdwatcher, guide us to find toucans, various other birds and even the elusive quetzal. They charge 50% more than any other tour company in pana. Tour to chichi costs 200qtz at atitlan tours and 150qtz everywhere else for the same service. Same with the shuttle to san Cristobal. CERO atención al cliente por parte de sus conductores. en el shuttle del aeropuerto a pana cambiamos de conductor en antigua, lo cual no sabiamos que iba a suceder. al llegar a pana y pedir el cambio de nuestro pago, el conductor no nos lo quiso dar porque "le habíamoms pagado al conductor de guate a antigua y no a él'. nosotros no contratamos conductores individuales, contratamos una empresa, merecíamos nuestro cambio el cual prácticamente nos lo robaron. además, en el camino, una pasajera sintió ganas de vomitar, la reacción del conductor al pedirle que parara fue sumamente incómoda, humillándola. ninguno de los conductores se presentó, ni se interesó por los pasajeros, tanto asi, que cuando paramos en atigua otros dos pasajeros buscaron un baño y el conductor ya estaba arrancando el auto sin esperarlos. esto se pudiese evitar si la empresa fuese mas clara en decir donde y cuando se harán paradas para ir al baño ya que es un viaje de...
