I probably won't stay there again. I liked that there were 2 bunny's hopping around. I didn't like how dirty everything was. In months of traveling the private room was very very bad. The pillows were soooo stained I didn't use them. My feet were black walking on the floor. I recommend bringing everything of your own if you consider staying here. The showers had mold so wear shoes. You have to walk pretty far to use the communal bathrooms which wasnt pleasant in the night. I didn't really feel welcome either, which was weird bc everyone seems so lovely in Guatamala. The art and signs in the bathrooms were cool.

Very good customer service, many details in the rooms to improve. The location is not very accessible to points of interest. However, we didn't get a room that we booked and we got an old one that had 4 beds and was on the first floor. After some hours, because of not being able to charge our phone, my girlfriend had enough and asked for another room. Guy at the desk did his best and we got better room. It was ok, not the great value for money.

Unas de las peores experiencias en cuanto a este hotel las fotos q publican son de una parte del hotel donde aproximadamente tienen 4 habitaciones bonitas y pintadas diferente al resto y lo demás está a un lado en una casa de 3 niveles y nada q ver con las fotos, camas súper pequeñas el baño todo feo pero el peor detalle es q no hay agua, ellos nos dijeron que a las 2 ya tendríamos agua y no fue así no había ni para echar en el baño mucho menos en la ducha. Si bien te va te toca el parqueo en frente no está techado y si no te llevan a un terreno baldío súper lejos para q dejes tu carro y no están organizados para ordenar los vehículos tanto fue que nos llamaron por que otro de los huéspedes ya se retiraban y que teníamos q mover el carro y nosotros indicamos q estábamos lejos y nos amenazaron con moverlo con grúa y q el gasto corría por nuestra cuenta.Únicamente tienen 1 baño en el lobby súper sucio sin agua y pequeño. El menú que ofrecen en redes no lo tienen yo pregunté y solo sirven menú "Continental" que es unos huevos sin sabor y fruta y un pan eso es todo y si quieres ordernar los huevos diferentes te dicen que no se puede . En la barra únicamente venden cervezas. Nosotros por una noche para 7 personas pagamos Q1585.00 que a mí criterio fue lo peor. NO LO RECOMIENDO

I was GRANDPAcking in Panajachel for 5 nights whilst I looked around the lake for a Spanish School. I stayed at the Los Angeles.||I got a Double Room at a discounted rate of GTQ90 / night.||It is down a back street a good 10 minute walk from the Boat Dock ... you would not want to be any further away. It was a 5 minute walk to the main street where you find all of the tourist restaurants and bars.||The room was large and spacious. It had good Cable TV with several English Speaking channels.||They are still renovating, so you get the sound of workmen during the day.||They must have done something to the water on my first night because the shower had no hot water ... but this came right on day 2.||The owners are very nice and friendly ... I wish them well.||But you would not want to pay Rack Rate at this hotel.||It is good value if you can get a...

Where do I start!!! Well first off we were charged double for one of the two rooms that were booked 😬!! They did not correct it until I provided a copy of the original reservation. Rooms are nothing like they are pictured neither is the terrace biggest bait switch EVER!! Bathroom, Beds, TV and the entire facility as a whole needs to be demolished and re-built!! This is not my first time traveling to Pana but definitely the last at "Hotel Los Angeles" BEWARE DO NOT STAY THERE IF YOU ARD EXPECTING IT TO LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES P.S. BED ARE HORRIBLE MATTRESS SHOULD HAVE BEEN THROWN OUT LONG AGO!!!! ALSO MY VEHICLE WAS BLOCKED IN FOR A FEW HOURS WHEN I WAS READY TO LEAVE I COULD NOT. HAD TO WAIT HOURS AFTER STAFF SAID IT WILL BE 10 TO 15 MINUTES THEY SIMPLY SAID SORRY NOTHING I CAN...
