Hi. I would like to raise a complaint with the following. The staffs attitude and way of they are speaking with customers is discussing.
However I didn’t stay in your hotel because of the quality of the cleanliness “dirty” room was just one thing. But when we have arrived nobody notified us about the “wellness” section doesn’t operate. Saunas are not working etc..
We have left the hotel immediately and requested a full refund for the paid price.
The receptionist didn’t want to give his name for the procedure or provide any written confirmation about this… what is this? Must be very proud to working there!?
As he couldn’t complete the refund due to a missing supervisor card (never ever heard this before) we have agreed it will be a bank transfer, but it was never mentioned it wouldn’t be the full balance… I would like to give you the opportunity to arrange a compensation and refund the missing 5000HUF as well. If not I will take the necessary procedure with my English bank and UK ombudsman as well as with the Hungarian. You can expect all the posts comments on all the social media as well.
I am looking forward to your response by and outcome no later than by the 20th October.

The sofa was broken. It had something improvised but that also was broken. We had our thinest matress on the double bed - you could easily feel the wood below - we slept better in a tent. The room was open and the key didn't work - it had to be changed. The buttons from the air conditioning control were missing. The floor tiles were missing in some places or they were really damaged. We got a room in a different place than requested because they had 5 different properties in the same building and they told us they have some issues with the ones we reserved - we reserved a 4 star room but we got something that wasn't worth a 2 star ranking. That shouldn't be offered to people until properly fixing everything. There wasn't even properly cleaned, vacuumed and the beds weren't made, we didn't have enough sheets, linen. The only thing they could do was to offer a single bed besides the single bed that was already there near the sofa and that wasn't appropriate too. Also they told us we'll get a partial refund and still nothing after 5 days - will definitely contact consumers...
Read moreCustomer service was unacceptable . They double booked our room that was a thoughtful present from my daughter for our wedding . We turned up on the day and they openly accused us that we made a mistake and there wasnt a room booked under our name. First they said we cancelled the room next that our card was declined . I do know they made a mistake and double booked our room as I speak Hungarian but they denied that . One of them offered a room as a goodwill gesture that was more expensive than our booked room . We left there disapointed mostly because they haven't even tried to correct the mistake or make potential future customers feel good . Our dissatisfaction left them uninterested and cared very little about us leaving the place and with that giving the hotel a bad reputation . Please safe yourselves the disapointment and don't book here . I have given 1 star so I could just post this review...
