SPAR — Local services in Budapest

Am writing this review base on the experience I had today with the cashier. I never knew they change there closing time to 9pm instead of 10pm. but i arrive quarter to 9, and i started doing my shopping with my little one. After one of the cashier told me, they are closing now, so I went toward the cashier for check out of my item. As I was placing the item and I gave the coupon to the lady, she started shouting, close close, why i don't cut the coupon, in so angry way she shouts, to the point my little one was even frightened and started crying, I have to go to the other cashier woman to attend to me, and that one was so polite and nice to me, bless her. Despite going to the other nice woman cashier, this two bad woman never stop shouting and looking at me, as if i knew them before or have wrong them before, i have to buy only the item my coupon reach, and the other woman cleaning started shouting why i took this, if i wont end up buying. Have been buying from this place but most of there cashier are extremely rude only few are normal, this is just disgusting how they behave, i understand they want to go home, but I came in before the closing time, and i was already at the cashier so why so mean, the evil old woman did not even care there is a little child crying. This is so sick, if not that is the close place to where I stay, I will never go...

I go there since it’s quite close and I can usually get most stuff. However, the employees are so rude, it’s only sometimes and rarely that there are nice employees who also speak English or else they are all useless and arrogant. Today, I went for a Christmas tree and I told one staff to keep it since I would go get other things then buy it and apparently she left it at the cashier, so when I went to get the tree, the cashier who assisted me was really nice while her colleague who is much younger and of a darker skin tone told her something, which probably meant to not give me the tree. When I went to the ask the younger one if I can have the tree since technically is mine she shouted in Hungarian in front of everyone ?! And said she won’t give me since she will take it. Just arrived home from that store. The short woman with glasses at the butchery that served with a very kind man disgustingly mistreated us. We only needed help and she came there, talked down on us and treated us disgustingly. She is one miserable woman and should not be working there. The man working beside her however is wonderful and remained kind the whole time. This one person made the entire experience at the store an absolute trauma and will not be going back there only I to talk to the store manager about it! What a miserable and disgusting charachtered person, get her out of there because thanks to employees like that, your store will be hated! Also that one star is for the one man that treated us...
