Mogyorodi Hostel — Hotel in Budapest

It was the worst hostel in the world I've ever stayed in. (But I still love Budapest.) The inside of the room was not cleaned, it was almost like an abandoned building, not a hostel where guests stayed. I was really disappointed that the cleaning was not done properly. Someone's hair and dust clung together and rolled on the floor. When I opened the closet, the inner wood had been so peeled off that the closet could not be used. It was so dirty I couldn't even touch it.

No matter how cheap a hostel is, it doesn't mean that it shouldn't be kept clean.The manager must have seen a lot of reviews, but I don't understand why the accommodation is still not improved.

Bedding covers were very dirty with many stains. The pillows and blankets were yellow in color and had a lot of hair on them.

On the first day, I opened the window to let the fresh air in, a lot of bugs came in and crawled on my stuffs and even hovered around my face. So the next day I slept with the window closed, It was super extremely hot as sauna. Of course, I wouldn't recommend visiting this hostel all year round, but even more so in the summer.

One of our bed mattress was terribly broken. My sister couldn't sleep well because of this. I couldn't believe I paid to sleep on a bed like this.

There is also an error in the description of the hostel room. Description said there was air conditioning, but there wasn't. They will have to revise the room description as quickly...

This has been the worst stay i have ever been to, sleeping in a dumpster is better.||The rooms are dirty and smelly||The mattresses and pillows haven't been changed in YEARS (one if the mattresses even had dried period blood on it) ||The sheets are unwashed||The bathrooms are smelly (thank god they atleast have toilet paper)||Even the shower smell is worse than the bath rooms. ||||Something kept crawling all over our bodies, even biting.(i wont be surprised if they were flees or dust mites) ||One of my family members didn't even sleep that night of fear of catching something.(not only bug related) ||||And after they demanded we all fill forms with our personal tada for "reasons unknown" after we refused they were very rude. One of the receptionist slamed the blank papers and whit a very annoyed face and said "thanks for the understanding"||||If we didn't have a two year old with us, sleeping in a car would be like a 5 star hotel compared where we...

I have never seen such a horrible place in all||my life, it is a terrible, dirty, terrible place that||is not suitable for accommodation at all, the||standard of the rooms is very poor, there is no||air conditioner, not even ventilation fans! The||shared bathrooms are very bad, there are no||drying papers, the toilet is very dirty and the||drains are clogged, I don't know how this place||was licensed to receive tourists!! It's like a||prison or a boarding school we only watch in||horror movies!! The worst experience of my||life and I will never visit Budapest in my life||again!!||I'm thinking of visiting a psychiatrist because||of the horror I lived in this miserable place, I||feel like a collapse..||||||I suggest to the owners of the place to rent it in the summer to shoot horror movies instead of defrauding customers as a hostel!! You will make more money, believe me!! ||I can't imagine how the poor students live in this horrible place...
