FIG TREE HOUSE BUDAPEST — Hotel in Budapest

Excellent!! The owner is very nice. There is a dog in the garden, very very friendly. He just wants to play football all the time.

The garden is really cool, quiet, with a fig tree and space where to sit for eating.

Rooms are amazing. From outside the hotel does not look really good but once inside you can see the difference. Everything is clean and tidy, quiet and mattress are absolutely confortables.

There is a kitchen downstair if you need to hit your food up but THERE IS NO BREAKFAST. On google you might see pics of breakfast but are old. The previous owner used to offer breakfast.

Great hotel! It's clean and safe, the staff is nice, room cleaning is great. I traveled to Budapest solo so I really liked the single bedroom. It's pretty quiet if you're facing the backyard. A bit far from the city centre but the tram stop is 2 minutes away and the public transport is SO efficiant that you won't really feel it. As a suggestion: small touches could make it better - definitely more towels that are better quality, better mattress and pillow (the bed is not that comfortable), maybe a complimentary water and some shampoo. Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff for a good price. Interior is modern, clean and well-maintained. Location could be slightly better as it is situated at a busy road outside the city centre, but traffic noise at night wasn't hindering at all, and going to the centre takes only 15 minutes max.

My only point of complaint would be the fact that we were given two single person blankets in stead of a single bigger one. However, this might be what some people prefer and we didn't bother to ask for a larger one either...
