Upon arrival, we discovered the fridge was not working and emitted a moldy smell, which required us to air out the room. Although a staff member firstly advised that we can leave our food in staff fridge for the night and he can't change it, he eventually replaced the fridge with a functional one later that evening.||Later in the evening water started leaking from the ceiling due to a malfunctioning air conditioner. A staff member attempted to adjust the air conditioner, but the next day, a section of the suspended ceiling, along with metal parts from the air conditioner, fell to the floor due to the moisture. Fortunately, my children were in different parts of the room when this happened, but it could have been a serious safety hazard as one of them at the time of ceiling failure was in the bathroom which was 1 meter from the spot where it happened.||A member of staff collected the fallen ceiling parts, but the water leakage persisted throughout the night. We were offered drinks at the bar as compensation, but since it was 11 PM and we were with our children, we asked the hotel to cover our parking instead. The staff member assured us that this would be no problem.||Upon checking out, we discovered a thick layer of dust under the sofa, which was pulled out when we arrived. Tiles on the balcony ceiling had already fallen and shattered before our arrival, indicating a pattern of neglect.||When we handed in the keys, we were informed that the owner refused to cover our parking fees as previously promised by staff and the owner attempted to blame us for overusing the air conditioner, which had been set by their staff.||The hotel is incredibly run-down. Electrical outlets hang out of the walls, all lamps are filled with dead insects, and there are no kettles or tableware in the room. The safe had no batteries, and although the TV worked, we had to connect the antenna cable ourselves.||The only thing that I can list as relatively adequate is the breakfast. They were not ready to serve for the amount of people that were actually having the breakfast, but when trays were filled...
Read moreThe most terrible hotel I have ever visit. Already at the reception, it is clear that you are entering an abandoned old place like Soviet Union. It's not about atmosphere, it's about indifference… Leaky worn furniture, stench in the rooms. Our room was on 5 Etage. Outside was 31 degree and inside also. We asked the manager about Conditioner and Refrigerator, because they both were not working (in sommer, just imagine!). He told us, they will check, but it was really not the truth. It seems, he was joking on me and I was not the first person with such a problem. I asked guys from another room and they also had the same situation with conditioner and refrigerator. But this info changes totally nothing. And for the happy and unforgettable end I decided to wasch my head. It wasn‘t a good idea(. There was no shampoo in the room, the shower gel ran out after one use. And the hair dryer didn't work!
The price for this room was not small. We could rent a good room in a good hotel in center, but it was easier to stay near the Arena, cause we came here on concert. Honestly, I don’t recommend this place for someone. You can take a bolt taxi and get anywhere. But if you don‘t need to wash yourself and especially your heir (maybe, hotel administration thing, this manipulation people must do just at home, I can‘t explain this absurd), just leave your bag and come for sleeping, you can stay...
Read moreWhen we arrived, everything seemed fine at first. Check-in was smooth, and we received our key cards without any issues. But the disappointment came quickly once we entered the room.||The space was extremely narrow, with three beds crammed in, and there was a large hole in the ceiling panel. The duvets were also visibly dirty, which didn’t help the first impression. We told ourselves, "We're only sleeping here, so let’s just make it work."||We tried connecting to the WiFi, but there was no signal in the room. One of us had to go down to reception just to get a basic connection to check if it was even functioning.|The minibar didn’t work, and neither did the TV. At that point, we started looking for alternative hotels.||Instead, I spoke to reception and requested another room. To their credit, they came up, inspected the situation, and agreed that the room was not acceptable. We were moved to a new room where the fridge and TV worked — but unfortunately, the WiFi was still basically unusable.||I was unable to work from the room at all and had to sit in the lobby to get anything done.||Breakfast was okay, but not quite what we had expected.||Overall, while the staff was helpful and did their best to resolve the issues, the condition of the first room and the lack of basic amenities made this a...
