Hotel is nice but the blond receptionist attitude is the worst. She has no skills in customer service! I stayed in the hotel for one month and there were several times I got from her and only from her bad service. For example I asked from her if it would be possible to have late check out at 2pm (and you have to remember I have already been staying one month in this hotel so it's not a huge favor to ask). She said that it's impossible because rooms have to be cleaned. I asked is there coming other guest in the room and she said no. So basically room will be empty and not needed by anyone but still she couldn't do this small favor for me. I am next year returning to Szeged for another month but because of this one receptionist behavior I will find a different hotel to stay in. I hope she will get some lessons in customer service because her behavior is not in the level of other employees you have working...

An absolute 5* place to stay at. Fantastic service from all the staff who go out their way to help in every sense and make you as comfortable as possible. Our trailer was to high to get through the gate to park in their private parking. The receptionist, went about moving her car in the front of the property, so we could park instead. Thank you so much, you're a star. The restaurant, absolutely fantastic food cooked when ordered and at very reasonable prices too, the staff were amazing, for we can't speak Hungarian, but they were fantastic with communication. The rooms are very spacious and very well decorated, beds are so comfortable, and W.C., all top nocht, very well decorated. Only downside, it has no elevator, so if disabled and can't manage stairs, then don't come here. Highly recommend this place. Will...
