First of all, for your information, I am not a new student in this city. I came to Szeged for a music festival.I will never come back at to your place . You have shown that you make wrong assumptions about me, considering me a non-European based on my face . This reflects your discriminatory behavior. I treated your staff with the utmost respect, even after waiting for over an hour and not receiving my meal. To make matters worse, instead of addressing the issue and offering an apology, your employee had the audacity to charge me for the service. This shows that you are someone who is unable to accept criticism and lacks responsibility. It’s clear that neither you nor your staff don’t care about customers or their concerns. It’s evident from your message that you have prejudgement of peoples life(in my case student scenario) you don’t accept your fault if you call your behavior European you should be customer oriented for example if you cared you had responded...

Families with kids should be aware of this before visiting. Great taste ruined by very slow service‼️

The food was really delicious, but unfortunately the service was very disappointing. We had to wait about an hour and a half for our meals, even though we placed both our food and beverage orders at the same time to avoid delays. The drinks—which don’t require any preparation—still took 45 minutes to arrive.

We had two hungry kids with us, and the long waiting time made the situation even harder. What was most frustrating is that nobody informed us in advance about the delay or asked if we were willing to wait. On top of that, our meals were not even served at the same time, which was very disappointing.

I understand it was a busy weekend in high season, but that is no excuse for the lack of communication. The food itself deserves praise, but the service really needs...
