Our experience at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. At 2am, we got locked out of our room because their key card failed, leaving all our belongings trapped inside. They moved us to another room without our belongings. My friendâs phone and laptop were also locked inside along with everything else. Thankfully, I had my phone atleast. We went down to pick up a Zomato parcel, leaving everything in the room, and then couldn't get back in.
In the morning, we requested a partial refund for the immense inconvenience, as we were left with nothing but one phone. My friend missed a meeting at 8 am due to the lack of a laptop or phone. When I confronted the manager, Sanjeev Singh, he had the audacity to question me, âWho attends meetings on vacation?â When I explained we had no belongings, he arrogantly said, âYou had a room to stay in at night. What else do you need? Who needs belongings at night?â This led to a furious argument, but they refused to give us a partial refund, instead they gave us a dayâs free stay when I confronted Sanjeev about his disgusting behaviour. This was a good gesture but doesnât undo the arrogance.
To top it off, during check-out, they billed us double for our hotel restaurant bills. After we made the payment, they refused to refund the extra amount, forcing us to adjust the bill by ordering more food at the restaurant instead. This was utterly horrible and unacceptable. They overcharged us, and when we caught the mistake, they didnât refund anything.
Sanjeevâs attitude was infuriating and unacceptable. This experience was beyond frustrating. Avoid this place...
Read moreIf I could give this hotel 0 stars, I certainly would. It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. We stayed for two days on the second floor, and there was no elevator. The room's air conditioning was not cooling properly, and despite multiple complaints, nothing was done. We had to sleep in another room without our luggage on the first night.
Food: The food was indescribably bad. The service was incredibly slow, taking over an hour to serve breakfast. We ordered paneer paratha, but the paneer was rotten and overly salty. We asked to exchange it for aloo paratha, which also had way too much salt. For lunch, we ordered paneer masala, which was made with the same rotten paneer. It was both smelly and bitter.
Service: Saroj, the front office executive, was ill-mannered and rude. He clearly does not know how to behave or talk to guests, often being sarcastic. The management needs to address his behavior immediately.
While they eventually waived the lunch and breakfast bill, it did little to salvage our...
Read moreWhen I visited Goa, Mrs.Payal, the most Kind and vivacious customer manager, surprised me with the kindest and most compassionate grin. She gives us the finest value for our money because she treats our guest with kindness and concern. I truly experience and get the genuine significance and meaning of Athiti Dewo Bhawa. I appreciated how well she treated the guest. The rooms were exquisite, tidy, and spotless. It is well worth the money. After supper yesterday, we were greeted with the loveliest smile from Manoj, the food court's in charge. He was really amiable and showed us the greatest locations in the area. I am grateful for his kind demeanor, his smile, and his warm greeting. The food was excellent. Manoj has taken great care of us. Suggested this lovely...
