We were group of 10 couples Stayed for 5days 4 nights Very poor hospitality service Worst house keeping facility ever witnessed. Only one staff was provided to cater the group of 20 people and that was the chef Best part was Chef Kishore who made good meals, but alone he couldn’t manage on time service due to shortage of helper. Room sizes in the villa vary a lot In our 4 bhk villa the fourth room which is on second floor is the room for staff or helper ,it didn’t had basic amenity( closet,dressing area) washroom was the size of a powder washroom. If you are taking your helper along then there is no facility for there stay or washroom and bathing ,you will have to make them stay in your room or in the lobby. Manager Ivon was too busy to answer our calls. Sawai through which the Villas were booked didn’t bother for our comfort, they were only bothered for their security deposit after which their GM stopped answering calls. Whole Sawai staff was extremely rude and were not true to their words. Guys strictly Avoid booking through SAWAI villa stays they certainly are not standard service providers. Linens and towels were not replaced despite of several reminders Poor water facility ,No one to clean kitchen garbage after the meals were made . Read moreI recently visited Rainforest Boulevard A2, we were a group of 12 people including our kids. It was 4 bhk villa…3 rooms were okay…but the 4th one was on 2nd floor. The 4th bedroom picture is never shown in there pdf that they happily share at the time of booking. They take full amount in advance…since you will have a lot of trouble once you reach their property and see their services. When you enter that room it was the hopeless room I have ever seen before…with a bed and a recliner where the back of TV and the back of the bed were on parallel walls with the room door in between…!! (Usually the tv is in front of the bed) The service is pathetic…nobody answers the call or messages….be it the manager or the caretaker If by any luck you get hold of any person on call then they give you service after 1.5-2 hours of the call. We also asked for a monetary compensation but it was not done.
The owner gets irritated when questioned about her staff not answering..she says it’s not her responsibility to answer the guests.
The only good thing was the chef allotted to us..he was good.
P.S. there is The Westin just next to it…pl Book that instead…last day of my trip I moved there…awesome place...

The villas are located adjacent westin in Anjuna & in close proximity to most of the chic dinning options in Anjuna / Vagator.
The villas are Lovely, however one of the bedrooms in 4 bhk villa is less hospitable than the other three rooms and lacks basic amenities.
Staff: Kishore ! you were awesome ! a superhuman who single-handedly managed to feed us some of the most delicious food every morning, silently worked and fulfilled everything we could ask for.
Pool was cleaned everyday and we all thoroughly enjoyed the pool area.
Linens had to be changed on the third night, however they were changed after the 4th night after multiple requests.
We understand that its not a 5 star hotel, and cannot match up to that level, but in my opinion they were heavily understaffed.
Technically we had 3 villas (4+3+3) and should have been provided at least 1 helper, full time, for each villa. We put this out to the management, but it was left unresolved.
