Today I purchased a cake from your patisserie for my daughter’s birthday celebration at her kindergarten. I chose your place because of the excellent reputation of your hotel and expected a high-quality cake that would bring joy to the children.

Unfortunately, the cake turned out to be extremely disappointing. It had an unpleasant taste and none of the children or adults wanted to eat it. As a result, the birthday girl was very upset, and what should have been a happy and memorable moment turned into a big disappointment.

I believe that a hotel of your standard should ensure the quality of its products, especially when it comes to something as special as a child’s birthday cake. I kindly ask you to review this matter, as the experience we had does not reflect the reputation your establishment is known for.

Tried the black forest pastry at Anjuna Coffe & Co. The coffee shop is aesthetic and the staff is warm and welcoming. The pastry was good but nothing out of the ordinary. For INR 236 the pastry with its size and taste is a steep deal. But i will visit the place again to try another pastry and accordingly change the rating...

The service and the food is out of the world. Had lovely coffee with amazing Almond croissant and mushroom and prawn puffs. The bacon cookie was also delicious. More than that the service is amazing. Every one of the staff members are delightful, humble and you just love them.
