shoppersshop Voucher Fraud with support of SBI Don’t Choose Shoppersstop Voucher’s if any Credit card offers. Shopperstop looting our hard earned money with help of Credit card bankers. i would like to share my experience about shoppersshop Voucher Fraud I exposed the Shoppersstop scam about how Shoppersstop is playing phoney tactics and looting customers' hard earned money. List of events of this Fraud

1. SBI Credit card team provided credit card
2. SBI listed shoppersstop option for voucher.
3. Hence, I opted shoppersstop voucher based on the SBI listed recommendation and i paid 4999/- for Voucher.
4. I am explaining about the scam how it was executed by shoppersstop as I ordered product cost 4499/- quilt in shoppersstop app and they delivered wrong product which was not even cost 4499/- and i returned the product immediately. Now shoppersstop is not ready to deliver my ordered product not return the amount.
5. I raised the complaint regarding my product and requested refund the money if Product is not avilable.
6. No response from Shoppersstop and I raised the complaint in the Consumer Forum
7. Received response from Shoppersstop as they received Empty box and same has been informed to Consumer Forum
8. I responded to the Shoppersstop email as “ Your team narrated a very beautiful story on this issue after I raised a complaint in the consumer forum

I am really shocked as you mentioned that I returned the box empty.

In the earlier email communication, you mentioned the returned item received and the quality check failed. (please refer to previous emails) Now you changed the story to an empty box. I guess you guys are experienced with these kinds of phony tactics and cheating clients and government institutions easily.

Still you have not answered my questions.

1. What product I ordered and what product you delivered

2. When I returned the Product , you never mentioned you received an empty box.

3. If you received an empty box , why did you never bring this issue up in my previous emails or calls.

4. How did you accept Empty box as a returned product. (still very ridiculous) and who sent that delivery partner to pick the return.

Then Shoppersstop responded as they will deliver the product and still not received. Guys.Shoppersstop simply looted my money.In this case,SBI involved indirectly as SBI listed shoppersstop for their voucher list.I want to understand, how SBI supported and listed shoppersstop for SBI voucher.What action SBI is going to take against Shoppersstop scam.This is just looted customer amount In this case,

1. How did the SBI Credit card team shortlist Shoppersstop for the Voucher program.
2. What action is the SBI Credit card team going to take against Shoppersstop going forward on these kinds of scams

Worse manager..rude and inefficient tailor..bought a dress worth 4000rs and wenwent for alteration the tailor blatantly refused to alter nothing except the waist. I bought the dress as a present for my wife. She liked it first glance. Hence I bought it without bothering about the price. We usually get alterations done at the outlet itself be it Reliance Trends or Soch or Neerus or FBB. Everyone alter it out specs be it length waist or a extra full length stich. I was taken aback when the tailor blatantly refused to alter the length although it was a simple dress. He initially told it is store policy , then he told it was he was paid for , then when we insisted he just told he does not know to alter the length at all. Pathetic. After 1 hour of choosing and shopping for a dress, if this is kind of service one is given at the end, it's reflects on the attitude of the employees and the culture of the organisation they work for. Although I thought of returning the dress, I kept it because my wife loved it.

One more glaring inefficiency that was seen was that THEY DID NOT HAVE A FEDBACK FORM to express my grievance. The manager just told to give my FEDBACK on the bill. OMG. this happened on September 28 2022, 6 30pm. Anyways I was given a feedback form after much insisting. (PLEASE FIND ATTACHED) So far there has been no response for the customer team. I recently visited Shopper Stop in Bangalore and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations. The store is located in a convenient location and was easy to find using Google Maps. The layout of the store made it easy to navigate and find the products I was looking for.

The variety of products available was impressive, they have a wide range of clothing, footwear, electronics, beauty and home appliances. The store had a good mix of international and local brands, and I found that the prices were very competitive. The store was well-organized and the staff were helpful and friendly. They were able to answer all my questions and help me find what I needed.

One of the things I appreciated most about my visit was the cleanliness and safety measures in place due to COVID-19. The store had hand sanitizing stations throughout and the staff were wearing masks and gloves. They were also following social distancing guidelines which made me feel safe and comfortable while shopping.

Overall, my experience at Shopper Stop was excellent. The store had a great selection of products at competitive prices, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the store was clean and safe. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a great...
