I believe, i came to know about this gym through some social media advertisement. I went there on Tuesday Oct 1,2024 at 9 -9.30 AM . It was my first meeting. NARESH had given the idea about the program and explained very well about the fee structure and module structure. Result is , immediately , i had enrolled for the gym by booking n 5K. . I appreciate NARESH's work. I had reduced my diwali holidays for this program as well. Now Oct 2, wednesday was holiday. We had discussed, that i should visit on Saturday 7 AM to the gym , to meet the nutritionist Cut to Friday 4 PM -- around i gets message from the Coach Abhiram C NamBiar on whatsapp , which i had read in detail at 6-7 PM . I was at work and would be reaching home at 11 pm. I got reminder that i should visit as per schedule decided at 7 am on saturday. With some images and instructions, that i should install some apps before coming to the venue and i should be in gym dress . else its a waste of time of me and them. My concern is about the COACH ABHIRAM NAMBIAR:-- Time Management:---if he had to send such message on whatsapp, they could have send in advance, on Tuesday (when i did payment) .. or thursday.. friday morning.
Friday evening, just few hrs before receiving msg about instructions of installing apps cannot be good idea. Ppl are working still. If these msg could have came earlier, we cud have still manage things properly.
receiving such message at 11th hr with such language is inappropriate, where i will be working till 11 pm and getting up and visiting directly to gym on saturday to meet nutritionist.
my gym classes was suppose to start on oct 7, 2024. If i had to come in gym dress on 5th, he could have tell in advance. Might be candidate is not ready with all the gym cloths. If he wanted candidates to install 100s of apps before visiting nutritionist, this could have been tell in advance. rather than few hrs before the visit. How will i do preparation on Friday evening when i am reaching home late. My concern is about the LIFTR:-- Timing of sending instructions The language, mentioned in the instructions was humiliating: Before nutritionist visit, if i m not installing there multiple apps then it is waste of time. If i am not coming in gym dress before gym classes , its a waste of time of me and them.
Conversation: Upon asking the same and talking to Abhiram, there is no apology or anything i received. so i asked them to return my booking amount . and they did too.. kudos. Wheni said, i don't have time to install these apps at 11th hr, (and that too they had said instruction, on android it will give error, so i should try multiple time) , he Bluntly said, that i am not fit for this gym. Seriously !! . I paid instantly, i reduced my holidays, planning my day, wht time i will get up etc and "i am not fit "
Abhiram, didnot even try to talk or try to understand my concern. I am not a Gen z candidate, who will be comfortable or appreciate 1000 of apps on my mobile Atleast a polite conversation could have been handle.
This should not happen with anybody. so reducing points for Liftr instructions language, time management, customer handling by ABHIRAM.
Edit:-- Looks like Liftr admin forgot to mention abt time management in...
Read moreCoach Siddharth and Rishi are absolutely outstanding! Their coaching style is exceptional, infusing each session with energy and motivation that truly revitalizes one's fitness journey. I can't enough enough much I appreciate their dedication and encouragement. They deserve a perfect 10/10 rating with a glowing 5- recommendation. Thanks to their guidance, I have shed an impressive 12.3 Kilograms and my waistline has significantly slimmed down from a size 40 to comfortably fitting into my old size 35 clothes. Further more, prior to embarking on the 6 weeks program , my shirt size was a hefty 46, but now I'm proudly sporting my old size 42 shirts with a perfect fit that brings me immense joy. Not only has my physical transformation been remarkable, but my energy levels have soared throughout the day. I feel remarkably fresh and invigorated, which greatly enhnaces my productivity at work. Additionally, this newfound energy has boosted my confidence to newheights. Thank you, coach siddharth and rishi, for your incredible support and guidance.
But am sorry to say this, for improving point of for LIFTR I need to say, it's crucial for coaches to not only excel in their technical skills but also in their communication and behavior towards their clients. It's unfortunate that, experience with Saif and Abhi fell short of expectations. Regarding Saif, it's concerning to hear about instances of unprofessional behavior, such as forcibly taking weights from our hand while performing the session and communicating in an inappropriate manner. Coaches should aim to guide and support clients through fitness journey, offering constructive feedback rather than restoring to such actions. As for abhi, punctuality and time management are fundamental aspects of profesionalism. Arriving late and expecting to compress a full session into a shorter time frame is not only impractical but also disrespectful to the clients time and commitment. Moreover, transferring frustration onto clients and shouting in front of others is neither conducive to a positive environment nor productive for achieving fitness goals. As someone in a leadership position within your own professional domain, it's understandable that you expect the same standards from others. Providing honest beedback is essential for the improvement and betterment of the coaches experience for a clients. I would suggest addressing these concerns directly with the management or appropriate authority at the gym to ensure that such incidents are properly addressed and that neccessary measures are taken to uphold professional standards. Your feedback can serve as a valuable opportunity for improvement, ensuring that others do not encounter similar situations in the future. Especially Saif need to learn how to interact with the other many other incidents are there but it is difficult to mention...
