Presentation is very good and as we visited on weekdays, crowd was quite less. Atmospheric and hospitality were very good and friendly staffs as well who served us. Welcome drink ( lemon soda) and starters were very good though it was bit spicy but tasty nonetheless. I like the taste of veg biryani ( there was no raita). As I am a vegetarian, I have been able to get the best out of my meal. Food taste was not that great. Below concern we had about the food for both vegetarian and non-vegetarians: Corn salad- it was not fresh and they don’t keep check the status of the food every now and then. Once they prepared, until it’s not finished they don’t change it until they close. Sprouts- less salt with over spicy also stinky due to kept from long time. Fried Bindi- I tried a bit and found that bindi is overcooked and not as tasty. Jamoon- the portion of jamoon is not even the size of lemon. Cucumber salad- they kept dried cucumber without checking and it was not fresh though. Jilebi- I cannot call this was jilebi coz it doesn’t taste like the real one, they over fried in oil and taste is completely different. Food taste should be value for the money and I did not felt this. When management people came and ask about the food taste, we had given an actual answer but they are not ready to accept the feedback from us rather it causes to the arguments. A worker of the resto Himanshu behaves quite rude with us by explaining they were correct. And I would recommend the name Pallavi , do reach if you have any concern about the food at that moment itself instead of waiting till end, so that you’ll get the best quality from there. The only feedback I can give is, every half an hour they should check the ingredients when it’s not empty from the bowl, as you guys prepared completely and kept for serving and it’s not for immediate consumption. Few ingredients ( lemon, onion, salt, pepper) will not be stay for long, when you mixed those, it should be keep checking every half an hour. Kindly focus on the customer satisfaction ans taste of the food. Thanks...
Read moreI visited your outlet today, and from the start, it was a mess. There was no one at the reception, and I had to wait outside for 5 minutes before the manager finally arrived.
After confirming my booking, I was seated, but when I asked for cold water, it took them 20 minutes to bring it! Then, they asked if I had any food allergies, and I clearly mentioned I was allergic to prawns—yet they still served prawns to me. This is unacceptable and dangerous.
To make things worse: • Flies were sitting on food in the sweet section. • The food was cold and tasted terrible. • When I raised my concerns with the manager (Sujeet or Surjeet), his response shocked me. Instead of addressing the issues, he sarcastically asked if I needed “special service”!
After this horrible experience, I called Barbeque Nation customer care, and Raksha picked up the call. But she was not attentive at all—just like the staff at the outlet. What is wrong with Barbeque Nation?
To top it off, they offered me a complimentary cake, but I refused. A refund would have been more appropriate because my entire experience was ruined, and my money was wasted.
Barbeque Nation seriously needs to train its staff, from restaurant managers to customer care executives, on how to talk to customers and maintain proper hygiene and service standards. If this is the level of service you provide, you might as...
Read moreAs I stepped into Barbeque Nation at Marathalli, I was excited to indulge in some delicious barbecue delights. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment as I realized the service was far from satisfactory.
For us non-vegetarians, the journey began with crispy corn and potato, which were fine initially. But after 15 minutes of repeatedly asking, we still hadn't been served any chicken or other non-vegetarian dishes. It seemed like our requests were falling on deaf ears.
Venturing over to the live counter, hoping for a change in fortunes, we were met with more disappointment. There were no staff in sight, and we had to wait a good 10 minutes before someone finally showed up to serve us some dish.
Even in the main course, our woes continued. The mutton container was empty, and despite multiple follow-ups, it took 2-3 attempts before it was refilled. To add insult to injury, the taste of the food wasn't up to par either.
If you're considering Barbeque Nation for a team lunch or a large party, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere, perhaps AB's, as the experience there is far superior.
I sincerely urge the Barbeque Nation team to pay more attention to this branch, as continued neglect could lead to people losing faith...
