It was a great place for entertainment and having fun with your family and friends. It has a great crowd and staff and marshalls everything was good enough to make you visit this place again and again.

Parking - vallet parking available Food - yes, quality of the available food is also good though a bit expensive but justifies the price by giving you tasty food. Sitting area - yes, if you are tired you can find places to sit and relax a bit Ambience - very good, you wont get bored. Footfall - very good footfall, in evening from 5-9 its at its peak, you will have to wait for 10-15 minutes atleast for go-karting Available sports - 1. Gokart 2. Bowling 3. Shooting range 4. I am giving a one star rating for this place. I checked this place on google and had a word of mouth from my friend about this place. We had the worst experience during the go karting. When our turn came for the go karting twin share as we had two kids around 7pm. They did an alcohol test through the tester for my husband. They were doing this randomly and not to everyone. My husband wasn’t drunk but the management believed their testers and he wasn’t allowed for the go karting. This was very embarrassing and insulting. It wasn’t just him but there were others as well who were randomly tested and wasn’t allowed later. If they are following any protocols it should have been done for all the guests including the ladies. It wasn’t that the tickets were at low rates but this is how they behaved. ‘Naam bade darshan chhote.’ Not sure if someone ever faced this circumstances earlier . Also stop selling the liquors at the restaurant morons. Monitor the liquor consumption at each play station if following the rules. Also do you Ezone, provide these data to the government of India? Rectify your testers and you should make the law mandatory for all not randomly test...

I've been here around 12 to 13 times over the past 6 years. Ever since the valet parking facility started here, I've had bitter experiences. Even couple of my friends faced some issues. Today the valet parking staffs sheer negligence costed me 30mins. None of them could coordinate to bring my vehicle out on time. While other customers who handed the valet ticket were delivered the vehicle on time. I finally had to search for my vehicle and bring it out on my own. Took 30mins. I had to pay 100Rs for all this ordeal. Guys..cmon...get your staffs(valet parking staffs) to coordinate and be responsible first. I've seen other customers also arguing with the valet parking staff. Probably for the same reason. The food at the restaurant is really good. But quantity is too less.
