Do not go there, some fradulent services they are running. Initially whatever amount they ask you as rent, you can add 3-4k extra monthly charges ( after adding extra charges like, service charge, payment fees, electricity bill, cleaning fees, wifi charges, etc.) With the rent ammount. Those are mandatory, even if don't require you need pay.

Initially they will not inform. Later once you start living (paying security deposit) they will start changing, if you do not pay those extra charges they will deduct it from your deposit money. If you raise service request, they wii close it. No one is there to settle this, they will not receive your call or call you back no matter how many times you ask to discuss on call. Ultimately you are going to loose the money from the deposit . That's the truth about Colive. Even if you discuss the same before start living, later they will not agree on that. All the 5 star reviews are fake. They trump up monthly expenses like electricity bill, wifi bill and rent by randomly adding miscellaneous charges. If you try to leave and ask for deposit not only they don't pay, they will ask for more money by adding fake charges and threaten with legal notices.
