Hey, We had gone for brunch buffet at CafeG, holiday inn.. the food taste was ready good. They make sure of the covid protocols, they serve cutlery on request so it's much safer. The buffet had 2 veg starters (panneer tikka and baby corn fry) 2 non veg starters (garlic sauce based tenderloin and a Thai basil fish fry both were yumm😋). The mains had a wide range of curries both veg and non veg and rotis are made on request and served hot, there's a veg and non veg Biryani.. There were two live kitchens one for pasta and other for chats . Both the live stations made excellent food.. with A make your own salad bar with great fresh produce.. The desert spread was extensive, with parfaits, pastries, a lime tart ❤️, donuts, Mysore pak, jamoon, apple pudding 😋, a Chocolate fountain accompanied with cakes, marshmallows, sugar candies.. tiramisu, chocolate dome, cremè brulè and much more.. if you are sweet thoot you'll definitely like the spread. We had gone there for lunch to celebrate my parents anniversary, the chef even made us an amazing cake, the chef was happy that his team had put up such a beautiful cake.. I personally want to thank Anthony for answering all of questions, and for being a great host, another thanks is for the chef and his team for making such Delish food.!! I didn't take much pictures of the food, the above mentioned items were present! Thanks Cafe G for the wonderful food!!

CafĂŠ G is nestled on the fourth floor of the Holiday Inn, and I visited for their breakfast buffet. The setting is quite appealing, offering a lovely view from the restaurant's large windows. It's a great spot to start your day, with the morning light streaming in and a relaxing atmosphere. Although the selection of food isn't as extensive as some other breakfast buffets in town, the quality of what they do offer is impressive. The dishes are well-prepared and full of flavor. I particularly enjoyed the pancakes, which were light and fluffy, and the moong dal halwa, a sweet treat that added a delightful touch to the meal. The staff at CafĂŠ G was another highlight. They were attentive and prompt in addressing our needs. Aman, one of the team members, made sure we were comfortable and had everything we required for an enjoyable breakfast. His friendly demeanor and quick service really stood out. In summary, CafĂŠ G is a great choice for a breakfast buffet if you're looking for a more intimate setting with a beautiful view. While the food options may be fewer than in other buffets, the quality and taste more than make up for it. The attentive staff and serene environment make it a pleasant way to begin your day.

Went there for dinner buffet and it was an awesome experience. Food was exceptionally yummy and the ambiance was good. Of course 2-3 items could have been better. Salt and pepper veggies was the best on the menu while chicken pulav was very dry and we couldn’t enjoy much. Very good staff response and we didn’t have to wait even for a minute to get the tables cleaned or to ask for something. One thing that could’ve definitely been better is the dessert section. It was less collection and less variety. Being a dessert lover, that was a bit disappointing for me. Also, the smoking area there served more than its purpose. We spent about an hour before and after the dinner just to enjoy the amazing breeze and pleasant view from there. It made our evening even more memorable.

I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding hospitality and dining experience that our students from Goldwings Aviation had at your esteemed establishment. Our visit to Cafe G not only provided an excellent opportunity for our students to gain practical hospitality experience but also left a lasting impression of exemplary service and culinary expertise.

I would like to extend my gratitude to Anthany and Dipti from Cafe G, who went above and beyond to ensure that our visit was truly exceptional. Their warm and welcoming demeanor, coupled with their extensive knowledge and professionalism, greatly contributed to making our experience truly memorable.

One aspect that stood out was Ms. Dipti's commitment to providing a comprehensive tour of the hotel premises. Her passion for the hospitality industry was evident as she guided our students through the various facilities, taking the time to explain each process in detail. Her dedication to educating and engaging with our students demonstrated a genuine interest in nurturing their understanding of the industry.

Additionally, both Anthany and Dipti exhibited exceptional expertise in their roles at Cafe G. Their deep understanding of the menu offerings and ability to provide detailed explanations of each dish impressed not only our students but also our faculty members. They were attentive to our preferences and dietary restrictions, ensuring that every individual felt accommodated and well taken care of.

The high level of service extended to us by Anthany and Dipti was characterized by their promptness, attentiveness, and genuine care for our satisfaction. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere that allowed our students to immerse themselves in the world of hospitality. Their patience in answering questions and addressing any concerns further reinforced their commitment to customer satisfaction.

From the moment we stepped into Cafe G, we were captivated by the elegant ambiance and the attention to detail in the decor. The comfortable seating arrangements, combined with the well-planned layout, provided an inviting and relaxing atmosphere for our group. The cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant were also commendable, reflecting the high standards of hygiene and quality maintained by your establishment.

Lastly, I would like to express my appreciation for the delectable culinary delights we experienced at Cafe G. The diverse menu offerings catered to a range of dietary preferences, and each dish was thoughtfully prepared and presented. The flavors were expertly balanced, and the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients was evident in every bite. The students had the opportunity to savor a variety of dishes, enhancing their understanding of culinary arts and leaving them with a newfound appreciation for gastronomy.

Overall, our visit to Cafe G at Holiday Inn Bangalore was an exceptional experience, largely due to the efforts of Anthany and Dipti. They truly exemplify the spirit of hospitality and their dedication to providing a memorable dining experience was evident in every interaction.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the entire team at Cafe G for creating such a remarkable environment for our students. We look forward to future collaborations and visits to your establishment, as it has undoubtedly become a benchmark for hospitality excellence...

Horrible service. Rude, indecent and unprofessional behaviour of the staffs. The floor supervisor was too rude and the manager Chandan Pradhan was unfaithful, unprofessional, an indecent person.

14 guests came into my party and they were literally threatening to pay for 17 people. While booking I clearly mentioned 15 to 17 people but there may be changes because of rain. He didn't mentioned anything. so I booked for 16 people from Dineout but they didn't confirmed. Then I booked for 17 people they confirmed the booking.

Above all when we went to see the venue they asked ₹2000 as advance and given me the receipt of room booking. After dinner, they were refused to adjust that ₹2000 with the bill rather they were asking me to write an email and they will process the refund within 7 days.

When I denied to pay for 17 people and insisted them to adjust ₹2000 with the bill advance payment and threatened them with negative review, they were threatening me back to blacklist me for something unprofessional they did. And telling me that I have never been to any hotel it seems. They don't know how frequent I am to Leela, Shangrila and Gokulam Grand.

When I stood obstinate and refused to pay for 17 people and insisted them to adjust ₹2000 advance I paid... they did that.

Because of them my full celebration mood got spoil and unable to see off my guests.

and also ended up loosing ₹1000 as I didn't got dineout benefits on that advance amount.

They didn't explained any such policies of paying for 17 people even in the case of few short of guests, at the time of booking.

They didn't mentioned the policy of refund or adjustment of the booking amount of ₹2000 at the time of booking.

After the dinner, at the time of billing the floor supervisor was rudely telling me you have to pay... when I asked him who is your manager, I want to talk to him.. He said that I am the floor supervisor and ignored the topic and the staff told me Chandan Pradhan is down but he already went home and started behaving unprofessional over the phone.

Not a recommended place to organize any parties or family dinner or a vacation. Don't go by their words. Their words changed at the time of billing especially the mgr Chandan Pradhan an unfaithful and...
