Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Bengaluru

This is hands down the worst experience I've had in a cafe in Bengaluru! I can't possibly express my frustration in this review but here it goes... The place is not at par with the expectations of a decent CCD at all... Dirty seating, worn out tables and dust everywhere. Frikin house flies swarming around you! Truly upsetting staff, why? Well, I happen to have found this place on Google maps and decided to wait for a friend there, it had been 20 mins and a staff pops up out of nowhere and goes "it's compulsory for you to buy, you can't just sit here"(I was questioning my dignity at this point) Well, the friend arrives and we eventually order and guess what? we ordered a croissant hoping for a good sized filling as an add-on for 90 rupees along with an americano. BUT the staff tried to bill a "double" mini croissant ( smaller than a computer mouse) for an outrageous price of 348 rupees! (that's not even the worst by the way) the staff created this nasty confusion with the money we paid - when I asked for clarity she states that it was "tax"... how is 80% of the price TAX? I still have no idea what exactly happened but this was just a very awful experience.

Even Starbucks would think twice before pricing their service this outrageously... Just don't go to this...

I had such a worst experience with this branch of CCD. The staff doesn't know how to behave with the customers. They don't have minimum sense of how to treat the customers. I received the wrong order, n when told the staff , he didn't convey the proper message to manager. They treat customers as if we are their servants or something. They called me n made me wait to talk to him just because he was busy. They served the wrong order n rudely asked us to pay for it. The staff has the rudest behavior iI have seen ever. Our ordor was given in installments n too late. All i can is Lazy staff with rudest n inappropriate behavior with customers especially with ladies n...

I had the worst eating experience at this CCD, Central Mall, Bellandur. Both the hot chocolate that I had and the cappuccino that my wife had was watery. It seemed like they used some corn flour than milk that day. I am determined to make this known to all, as this is so frustrated i did feel after a nice pizza at Puzza Hut, I wanted some good coffee instead of sodas. CCD coffees and sandwiches have been our standard inter-meal snacks. However this turned out horrific. My wife got hers replaced but still below standard. I’d really like to hear what CCD management have to say about this. Till then I’d advise...
