Worst management. Untrained staff and very unpleasant experience.
The food is of top notch ppl said and then we made it to the restaurant to give it a try. It's located in a prime location and clearly distinguishable while you are driving. They have valet parking option too.
Reached the place at 2.10pm and quickly checked in to the restaurant. We were 6 and asked to be seated in the entrance of the restaurant. The lighting at the restaurant is very impressive and is the best part of all. Heard that chats were good and started with dahi papdi chat and chikoo milkshake. Also ordered lemon coriander soup, along with starters and there started our problem. Starters were served and we finished them all and main course arrived too but the soup didn't arrive. So when asked the waiter, he was very careless and accepted that he forgot and told us it's not good anyways so don't worry. Wow. What a training to cover up your fault if you don't know to order properly on a tab.
Milkshake was below average and water is very unhygienic. You don't ask for mineral water and unfortunately drink normal water served here by jugs, trust me you will catch cold and fever pretty soon on the same day. Starters were pav bhaji, paneer tikka, cheese balls and nachos from Mexican cuisine and they were all good but not tummy filling and quantity was less but the price and quality was high. Nachos were worst but sauce was good.
By this time the clock turned 3 and they immediately turned off the AC. Ridiculous. When asked to do something since 1 year old baby and other kids too were feeling uncomfortable due to sweating and suffocation, they just smiled and said "that is all it is. What can we do?" Shame on them.
Then the waiter asked to order quickly since they were closing and hence we ordered the main course and a sizzler (big buddha - please don't try that) and also clearly instructed him to get the sizzler after the Indian breads and Curry is completed. But another waiter brought them even before we were mid way to finish. Inevitably asked him to serve which he was reluctant to share between 6ppl, and it was cold by the time we could eat. The butter Kulchas were expensive and too small in size. The kaju masala was good but vegetable curry was yuck.
The restrooms are atleast 200m away from the place we were seated and that was a bad thing. The bill was given after we reminded them for 6 times after an hour. Overall very disappointed.
Very expensive and definitely not worth giving it...
Read more⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would give a 10/5 stars if I could. That’s how much I appreciated everything about this restaurant — and this is not an exaggeration.
From the moment I walked in till the moment I left, every single detail felt thoughtfully done and well-executed.
The food was excellent. Every dish we ordered was genuinely tasty, and the variety is impressive — so many cuisines, so many options, all well-prepared. Portion sizes were just right, and the pricing felt reasonable considering the quality.
I accidentally thought one of our orders was wrong, and the manager immediately came to clarify — really good hospitality. This easily became one of my favorite restaurants in Bangalore from the first visit.
The ambience is very pleasant. The lighting is dim, warm, and private. The decor is minimal, green, and classy — it even gave a slight New York café vibe. The furniture, layout, and cleanliness were all very good. Tables, utensils, glasses — everything was clean, and I actually felt comfortable touching everything, which I rarely do at restaurants.
The music was soft jazz instrumentals, at the right volume — nice background music that added to the calm, relaxed vibe. Small touches like the smell of dhoop were noticeable and appreciated.
The staff were very attentive and hospitable. Every interaction made me feel valued, and the service, timing, and overall operation were smooth.
I’ve been to many restaurants, and there’s usually something slightly off — noise, lighting, service, portions, pricing, or menu. Here, everything worked well, even the small details.
The crowd also speaks for itself — by 7:15, the place fills up, which shows how many people enjoy it and trust its quality.
I could easily come here regularly. This is a rare gem in India — a restaurant that gets the details right. Every aspect — food, ambience, lighting, music, service, cleanliness, menu, portions — is done with care.
Do yourself a favor: go here. You won’t regret it.
Usually, I would offer constructive criticism, but all I can say is: keep maintaining this level of quality and perfection
Thank you...
Read moreWe called the restaurant at 10 and asked if they are open and is there waiting. They said no waiting and it’s open. We arrived at 10:15 pm. There were many put offs We met few friends coincidentally and the waiter rudely rushed us inside saying it’s closing time. We aren’t here for free food! We go to the table to wait and nobody turns up until we called them. I am vegan and was asking if they can customise - the waiter in white shirt thin and young guy was so rude that he told me off - in typical “everything will have paneer!!” And he did not want to wait for us and walked out in middle of our conversation! -RUDE!! Some one else came and took our order. Again you are not serving me free food because m vegan and asking dietary restrictions. The waiter who came to us was in a rush and asked us to order everything at once! Because the kitchen is closing. Again since we came at the end of your closing time doesn’t mean you are giving me free food. The second dish we ordered was delivered at the same time as first dish and it was cold by the time we started eating. Why would I pay 250 rupees for a cold dish?
Food is decent and over priced. Definitely the service is bad. My point is you can always deny us entry because it’s closing time. If you have allowed us inside then you cannot rush us to order. You want money and not give full experience. I came here for a relaxed dinner and it wasn’t pleasant experience at all!! And for what?? The food is so so!
I do not need “sir” kind of respect but just patience to listen to the order, clarify menu etc is part of your role!
I would have better experience at a...
