Extremely disappointed!! Returned the food within the first few bites as it was not good(way too many crushed pepper,green chilies, salt)in simple words unedible. Was informed by the staff a fresh one would be made, however some sweet sauce was added and the same food was served again. First red flag here. Informed to cancel the order and the manager said it can’t be done as it was billed already Bad customer service. Second red flag here. Was told a fresh one would be made again , alas it was the same lie again, food packed was just half the container and mind you it was the same old food. We had Neer Dosa and Beverages at this restaurant and my review is around these dishes. No comments on Neer Dosa, it is served with a sweet Coconut Chutney and spicy Coconut Chutney. But I want to tell you this: "NEVER ORDER MILKSHAKES AT THIS RESTAURANT"

TASTE 1: because of the high amount of sugar and taste of strawberry which you definitely cannot make out, QUANTITY 1: because it was served in a small thin glass, QUALITY 1: with lots of sugar you'll feel the dopamine rush but definitely not healthy, PRICE SKY HIGH: most absurd shake you'll ever have, it costed me ₹200 for the Exorbitant Strawberry Milkshake. I went there with lots of expectations, since one of my ground had told me lot about it. Coming from a family where RAAGI ಮುದ್ದೆ ರಾಗಿ ಮುದ್ದೆ is the staple food, that was my first disappointment. It was not even cooked to the fullest. Secondly, the person who took the order was not well versed about the menu of the hotel. He could not understand what we ordered.
