Worst hotel you can ever stay in Bangalore. Reviewsarefake! We did not like anything about this hotel. The receptionist on 28th December 2024 morning 6:30am was very uninviting , unpleasant and gloomy on arrival. He took forever to confirm my Booking. The card machine was not charged and he was insisting on gpay or cash payment for which i denied and he took 10mins to charge the device making me stand with heavy luggage!! No room service . For a 3star hotel, they don't even provide drinking water to the room. the room service guy and receptionist was saying water to be paid extra 50rs for each bottle!! Nit included in the room rent!! the Room was damp. Leaking roof. Molded everywhere. abroken cloth hanger. Dirty pillow cover which i complained nd got it change. the duvet had hairs indicating previous usage and not changed. worst service. and worst hotel i have ever stayed!! Even the lift was dirty and sticky! They provide you complimentary clinic plus used packets in the room for you to enjoy! I still don't know why they call this a 3star hotel. Never stay here with family. as it's dangerousplace with all cigerette smoke! check my photos...

It does not even deserve 1star and visiting here not only the wasting of money but wasting of time and health risk too. I recently visited here room was very dirty, bed is very dirty/dusty. I got sick after visited here. I checked in 1am at night and I was very thirsty, they didn't provide water, they clearly said don't have water and they don't have kitchen service.Jsut because of night I had to stay there for 4-5hrs(without water "I couldn't sleep due to thirst", dirty/smelly/dusty room and bed) in the hell and after paying rs1600 I checked out at 6am then went to the another hotel. When I entered hotel it seems like it's a railway station and two staff were sleeping on the floor in front of reception, it was very unprofessional & full of foolish. I don't know why their review on goole is 4.3 star, it is scam and fake I think. *Couple and family are highly not recommend, even I do not recommend this...

Hotel is good, neat & clean, location is also ok. We were asked to pay an advance of Rs.2240/- for one double bedroom for our stay for one night, i.e. on 28/05/2022 night. But they cheated us by overcharging and sent bill over whatsapp intentionally so that we can't protest on the spot. We were two persons and occupied only one double bed room for one night only. As we had to catch our flight and the counter clerk was not present, we had to check out without proper bill. Later on they provided us two different bills (4056 & 4057) for two different rooms and charged @999/-+ taxes for each room and in one bill they charged for food also whereas we had not taken any food from them. While asked for the explanation, they remarked that they did so to save GST. Thus they are cheating us and the government also. This is totally unethical practice. So whoever goes there, clear up everything...
