Luxtay Suites — Hotel in Bengaluru

First of all do not listen to the other reviews that are posted. Everyone has rated this place 5 stars but let me tell you the reality. We arrived at 11 o clock a family of 4 , there was 3 suitcases and on the property there were 4 floors. No lift and the staff came about 20 minutes later. Only 1 person was there and my younger son had to carry suitcase up the floors. Secondly if you have kids this is the worst place. The bed was too small and even though we paid extra money for each of them they didn't include breakfast and this was mentioned after we checked in and paid. Secondly we asked for a executive deluxe room but we got a studio instead when we complained they showed us another room which was smaller than a normal bedroom. Tv didn't work properly there was leak in the kitchen sink. Wall clock wasn't working. No Shower Gel in washroom. Crack's in walls, pillows and linen were dirty, socket coming out and many other things.The washroom was too small and there was no hot water. Even at breakfast we were only given 3 plates of food and only for 4 members. I would suggest you not to...

I had booked into luxtay suites for a weekend with my wife and 2 kids the youngest one being just 2yrs. I booked a studio suite as i wanted a kitchenette to cook the little one's meal.The place was just ideal as there were plenty of vessels, an induction plate. The room was well cleaned and ready on arrival. The staff were always obliging and were always eager to help. The complimentary breakfast of dosas and 'bread and eggs' were lovely and filling. The place is conveniently located close to koramangala's happening joints and also a reasonably short distance away from indiranagar ( about 15 mts taxi ride ) and i never had to wait for more than 5 minutes for a uber taxi. There are lots of lovely eating joints which can be easily accessed by a cab. There is a park just across the road which was a big attraction for my kids.Although the staff were not as professional as you find in established hotels their eagerness to make you feel at home and make you comfortable more than makes up for the flaws and what is more the wifi internet is really good. All in all it was good...

Giving 1 star for the room service boy. Had been for a 2 days. Worst experience of bed bugs. Afternoon a lady staff told to Change the bed spreads after complaint. Later at night had my cousina rom he had a small kid and his wife. Wife has allergy after the bed bug or some bug bites. Went to reception and noone is ready to talk . They were sleeping and didn't bother to come out. After my cousin called the police, police called them and then at 3 am they come and changed the spreads. Very very bad experience. Lucky that the police responded very well and the issue was resolved, they wanted to come inside, we said no as other family had booked the stay too.

Since the service was bad , then the owners contact number was also bot given to complain.
