Capital O 5379 The Roy Grand Inns — Hotel in Bengaluru

Stayed here for four nights. The rooms was a bit old, but clean and well maintained. A piece of furniture needed repair, AC remote was missing, but was arranged one after couple of calls. WiFi was however slow and frequently dropped - infact was the biggest disappointment. Housekeeping was irregular. More than once I had to pursue to get the room cleaned. Once I returned around 8pm to see that the room was not made at all. Could because of shortage of staff that day. So my overall impression is: be prepared for your little disappointments, be ready to make phone calls to the reception and personal follow ups.

Staff is courteous. Manager tries best. But things don't seem to move much sometimes. All have limitations I believe. Location wise nothing much. The whole Koramangla is a pretty decent and central area (except when it rains, avoid the inner roads at all cost). The hotel has an in house restaurant, food on room service is good quality and reasonably priced. Overall it was sort of OK stay and few lessons learnt...

Hi I booked room at roy grandinn through oyo . Requested them to provide room on the ground floor because one differently abled person also will be accompanies with us and they to provide on the ground floor after reaching they were arranged room in the first floor offering me to to stay there if they can't able provide the room in the first floor they should've said me before I booked the room Luckily we managed some another accommodation Tell me if we couldn't able to arrange anything what would we do the differently abled person Worst managemen...

The room and hotel was pretty good at the price I got the room. Best thing is the location. They can spend few amount in keeping the room more cleaner. There were cobwebs on the window panes and mosquitoes as well after evening. I had asked the hotel guy to get a mosquito repellent aka "Good night", which never came. Anyways I checked out at night, so it wasn't much of an issue. Food in the kitchen was decent, again at this price point, you can't expect much. But overall, for my requirement, it was perfect. 3.5...
