During my recent stay at this hotel, I had a pleasant experience overall. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast, which had a nice variety of both north and south Indian dishes to choose from (Bread, Pulav, Idly, Plain Dosa, Masala Dosa, Omelette, Fruits, Juice, Coffee, Tea, Poori, etc).
The executive room I stayed in was spacious and had a generously sized bathroom, which would be ideal for couples (Some have bath tub option as well). However, it's important to note that room cleaning and service are only available upon request. While there was no TV in the room initially, the staff were accommodating and arranged for one when I asked.
There were two small bottles of water provided each day (along with tea packets, sugar etc. Kettle is available in the toom), and guests could also collect water from the dining area on the top floor. The reception is located on the first floor, and guests can enter their rooms through a private entrance using the lifts. Visitors are allowed until 10:30 pm, which is a convenient feature.
The room attendants and receptionists were all very helpful throughout my stay, and they even assisted me when I fell ill and needed to be taken to the hospital (Didn't accept the tip that I gave, 🥲). However, one minor issue I encountered was that the rooms were not very soundproof, and I could hear noise from other rooms. This was less of a problem when the TV was turned on.
In general, the hotel had a premium feel and would be great for couples. The room lighting was dim (kind of light orange color, not pure white), which might make it difficult to read or work during the day (always feeling lazy or sleepy), but it could also create a cozy and romantic atmosphere. While laundry services were available, there was no iron box in the room, and only basic toiletries such as soap and shampoo were provided (no toothpaste or brush, even no separate towels).
It's worth noting that outside food is allowed in the hotel. However, it can be a bit challenging to locate the entrance from the outside since it's quite small and not very noticeable, despite some decorative greenery.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and...
Read moreThis hotel is located in Koramangala near Maharaja signal. Mostly surrounded by residential buildings. They have renovated the hotel. Reception on the first floor and rooms are on four floors. Small dining area on the top floor for breakfast etc. Reception staff ie. Vinod and Keerti are very polite, well mannered and co-operative. Vinod is a more friendly person. Whenever I asked for something, my request was fulfilled without any fuss. The manager doesn't interact much with the guests. Other housekeeping staff are good too but maybe one or two need to be trained a bit. Security guy was always smiling and friendly too. Only disappointment was the meals like dinner should be served hot. When I told the manager about it then he asked me to come early if possible. Kitchen closes at 10pm so if a guest reaches by 9:45 then it should not be a problem and food must be warm. Nevertheless food was simple and tasty. Non veg should be served atleast thrice a week. In Breakfast we had idli sambar daily, Paratha or Puri alternate ly, poha , bread butter jam. The rooms are compact but we'll maintained. Airtel TV in the rooms so reception guys obliged whenever I asked for any activation of channels. Pillar in 1 or 2 rooms so need to check in advance. Smart tv in one or two rooms. Hot water available and wifi was pretty good. While dining, staff must not watch mobile videos etc on the speaker but use headphones. A pleasant stay overall with such a reasonable pricing which is worth. One can visit many nearby good places for food and drinks. Will definitely try...
Read moreI’m in room 104, staying for one night. The room is close to reception, small but clean (about 150 sq ft). The linen is freshly laundered. The bathroom is small but with Kohler fittings. My toilet seat cover does not fit properly. There is no view of any kind from here (typical for cheap hotels in Bangalore and for most Indian cities). Also, there is a lot of noise from the reception area/floor landing as guests keep coming and going. So, get a room on a higher floor, away from the lift. You also have to climb a staircase just to get to reception. So, leave any heavy luggage with security on the road level and staff will bring it to your room. Also, you have to walk through a small entrance area to get to the hotel staircase. You will have water from air conditioning dripping onto your head when you try to walk in. So be careful and walk as close to the walk as possible. Biggest issue for me: I checked in here so I could have a hot shower and relaxing morning before I head out to the airport. But there is no water supply in the bathrooms from 9:30 am! And front desk doesn’t know what the issue is. They keep saying it will be restored soon. It is now 10:45 am. My bad...
