GOPIZZA Koramangala — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I recently visited the Gopizza store in Koramangala, Bengaluru. The place has 2-wheeler parking available, which is convenient, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the outlet. The staff were polite and friendly, which added to the positive atmosphere.

However, I was disappointed with some aspects of my experience. A lot of the menu items were not available. We decided to order chicken ramyun noodles, a sizzling brownie, and a veggie supreme medium pizza. After some time, we were told the brownie wasn't available, and they suggested we go with a choco lava cake instead. Unfortunately, the quality of the cake was quite poor—worse than what you would get at Domino's or even a local bakery.

The pizza was just okay, not up to the quality I usually expect from Gopizza. I frequently visit another Gopizza outlet at my office, and the quality there feels much better than what I experienced here. The biggest disappointment was the ramyun noodles. They were downright pathetic, resembling instant noodles like Maggi with extra water added to make them soupy. It looked nothing like the pictures in other reviews.

I ordered Korean JMT Volcano Veg, and they gave me the one with chicken. As a pure vegetarian, I was horrified to discover this after already consuming a piece. The mental agony I felt can happen to anyone who orders from this outlet.

The owner's attitude towards my complaint was utterly unacceptable. I refused a replacement because I was too distressed to eat or drink anything. The owner's response during our call, witnessed by the assigned Zomato associate in a conference call, showed a complete lack of seriousness regarding the problem. Instead of addressing my concern, they tried to pacify me with their beverages.

There are plenty of outlets offering the same cuisine, and customers seek good service even offline. If you still choose to order from this outlet after reading this review, remember that you're encouraging their disregard for customer sentiments and their sole focus on...

It's like any other chain pizza restaurant. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Do not order the ramyun, it's just the shin ramayun packet but sold at a very high cost and took a lot of time to get prepared. The drinks are not worth it at all as they were made from a bad syrup, are over prized and the tanghulu was soggy.

The snow pizza was the best. The cheese crisps on it were unique. It's worth a try. The cream garlic bread is more sweet that what one might expect but it's a must try.

The non-veg pizza was the most 'veg' pizza as it had some greens. The chicken wings were okay nothing exceptional.

The japchae pizza is a waste of money. The japchae had no taste.

Overall I would not recommend this place. If you do go better to stick to the veg options and stay away...
