OYO 39395 Encore Suits — Hotel in Bengaluru

I would not give this hotel even a single Star. We were denied Early Morning (5 am) Check-in on the basis that we paid online instead of paying them in Cash at the Hotel, and we were stranded on the road for almost 4-5 hours and when we came back to Check-in at 12 pm we were asked by the Hotel Owner himself to pay Rs.1644 more over already paid Rs.7140 for 4 nights, saying that he doesn't have the rooms available hence upgrading us to high end rooms, which is not our fault, after much arguing he lets us check-in to a room only to find it VERY TINY and Congested and to top it Bathroom reeked of Urine smell. All in All, Worst OYO Hotel ever, I would never even recommend such Hotel to anyone. Worst Owner, Service and Hospitality.

Eventually we called MMT (from where I had booked this hotel), told them the whole experience and they swiftly within a span an hour or more transferred our booking (closely working with OYO Team) to another hotel - OYO 9959 Hotel Varcity Ruby.

Worst experience, we booked the hotel from 31 St Dec to 1 St of Jan ,we arrived at the hotel at 7 30 in the morning as in OYO app early check in was available ,the hotel manager denied for an early check in even when we were ready to pay for the extra hours and assured for a room at 12 .We waited in the road for 5 hours ,as the manager didn't allow us to stay in the lobby even he asked us to carry out luggage with us ,when we were on our way to have our breakfast.At 12 he says there is a room available and he says he wouldn't provide as ,as the room has both geyser and AC in bad condition.He was rude asked us to talk to OYO people ,and OYO didn't have a refund for us ,we booked the hotel ,we didn't stay there and our money is lost...

Worst hotel I have ever seen..Not even worth for 1 star..The manager was very rude and he doesn't know how to handle the customers..The good reviews here all are fake which might have created by the old manager..There is no early booking available and we were waiting for about 8 hrs..And atlast he denied giving us room despite of having room and he asked to shift to another hotel, this is because he was afraid of we would give bad review about the hotel which he experienced before by some other customer..The pictures shown in Google and other apps are completely fake, please don't consider that..Please don't opt this hotel.. Complete waste of...
