Under The Tree Cafe — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I ordered a chocolate truffle cake for my son's first bday and they just ruined the celebration. The receptionist treats customers very badly. I spent half an hour finalising and explaining the design and finally she gave me a chocolate cake and not a truffle. It was very bad in taste as well. Very hard. And not fresh and juicy. She charged me rs 50 per kg extra for a truffle cake and when I asked her why she gave me a chocolate cake when she charged me for a truffle, she argued saying both mean the same. Ridiculous. When i said I'll pay for the chocolate cake only as its not a truffle, she said take it for free instead of arguing for a discount. Never she accepted her mistake and how dare can she treat me like a beggar asking me to take it for free. I felt humiliated a lot. There was one more guy who was working in the shop, listening to me whom she asked to stop listening to me and do some other work. Very bad behaviour and bad treatment to a customer. I had ordered for a 2 kg cake which is a good order for them as well. But felt cheaply treated by these ppl. Worst experience. I'm a regular customer to this shop since a year and realised that this place has been taken over by new ppl. Hence the bad behaviour and bad quality cake. Beware...
