At the entrance, they don't have anyone to help with the luggage, guests have to manage their own luggage till the reception by taking 10 steps. Property is ok in terms of interiors and room size is appx around 10 * 15 Feet.
Wi-fi was very very slow, couldnt watch the videos as it takes some time to buffer. No action taken to resolve this and i heard from them that all they can do is shift me to a room where i get good signal of Airtel. I laughed at myself to be in the wrong place.
The lady receptionist is so arrogant and she do not have any basic knowledge on talking to the guests. I myself have seen them talking to the guests disrespectfully. She was backed by her Manager all the time, what ever she does is accepted by him with out any second thought on it. Breakfast served was not upto the mark, when raised concern then the receptionist showed her true colours with myself, by behaving in a immature and arrogant way. When a concern was raised, instead of addressing it, they talked all the non sense insulting the guests. I have escalated the issue to OYO customer care 7 to 8 times explaining the situation to all the 8 executives, whoever takes the call, need to explain the story again and again which was so frustrating. I wanted to vacate the hotel as soon as possible, but it was booked thru my company, So was forced to stay there, looking at their arrogant faces everyday. One of their managers - Vivek Pandey has called me and apologized me for their rude behaviour, i asked him to come down to the hotel in person and let the manager and receptionist apologize me Infront of him. But that didn't happen. I lost all my peace due to this Town House hotel episode which has affected by business trip.
Conclusion is that - better not to raise your concerns - if so then you will be treated very badly it depends on their mood though. Whatever they do service, that's final - no questions or concerns will be addressed.
Oyo customer service where they don't have time to do service to the customer is very very pathetic.
Better to avoid oyo or get ready to accept them and tune yourself to face it and bare them with out showing your concerns on their...

I was looking forward to have a pleasant stay but turns out at 1am when I was trying to fall asleep I constantly heard noises coming from the ceiling and all over the floor and under the bed and was clueless where the noise was coming from since the room was completely sealed and all the windows were un-openable. I was also disappointed that all the windows were tinted and I barely could see anything outside , I felt concealed in a room.it looked nothing like the pictures.I was petrified and couldn't fall asleep until 2 am ,when I found something crawling on my bed and turned on the lights to see 2 big rats on my window crawling up the false ceiling. I was devastated and immediately left the room , there was rat litter all over the floor. I have pictures for evidence and I immediately shifted to a different room, I am highly annoyed and disappointed with my bexperience with Oyo and demand an instant refund,hated the experience. Horrible stay for me. I will go legal issue if my experience at the hotel is not compensated,I have all the pictures taken of the pathetic experience I had last night and rate it on all apps of my bizzare experience. Read moreThough the rooms look nice, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I changed rooms thrice in a day, while I was there. The first time the bathroom sink outlet pipe was not fixed and the entire water fell on to my trousers and feet. There were also used tissues rolled up and scattered in the bathroom. The second room had a pipe burst and by the time I got back from work, the bathroom and bedroom both were flooded and the bedsheets and bed dampened with water. Thankfully my clothes were all packed and stacked away in the suitcase. Also, the toilet papers were all soiled (on the sides! Maybe from being stacked sideways). In the third room there were discarded paper balls (probably left by the earlier guest) strewn across. The TV did not and despite my telling them to leave it, as I only wanted to sleep, they chose to disturb me at 11.30 pm to fix it.
