Empire Restaurant — Restaurant in Bengaluru

My self and friend was in restaurant on 19.03.23 for dinner. First the restaurant is too hot at first floor level and we noticed one of ac covered area. When we entered one of black coat manager said don't come here and leave fr here and go sit outside. Their is no courtesy at all how to handle the customer or guest in terms of greeting s and taking care of the service. I have noticed all black coat managers rude and worst behaviour.

When we asked menu they throwes the card on the table. Even cleaning people listening us and our feedback. But the black coat manager doesn't know about roll and responsibility of works. It seems these managers are hired in road side. They are equipes with. Black coat. Thats it.

Also same thing in indiranagar empire. Hotels also. Dear friends. You can do observation on black coat managers how they are taking care kf. You needs while your dining

You and everyone should share. The comments. About. Empire hotel managers.. Then only empire. Management will. Change. The. Managers to act professional y with guest.

Empire management should to do mistrey audit to understand about the manager quality

Extremely poor quality of managrs and I felt shamed in front of my friend. Because of poor managera in empirehotel ashok nagar...

After coming to Bangalore me and my friends looking for good quality food for like forever. After so many failures finally we came across empire restaurant.

About location - it is located near brigade road. You'll have to walk for 10 mins from brigade road. Restaurants nearby area is peaceful.

About service - best in class service as compared to price. There will be more than one waiters to serve you. You'll definitely delighted by their service.

About Food -veg and nonveg both. Don't go for veg soup please it's horrible. But still one of best and cheapest place to be. They have nonveg dishes which are delicious as heaven. It's again depends on what you order. Must order kebeb though. They have ice-creams and stuff for dessert but as per price of Food dessert seems bit costly. It's up to you tho.

What not to order - never ever try Chinese. It's worse. They don't have authentic Chinese so definitely they sucks at Chinese.

It's multi floor building they also have guest house, hotels like service. So it's not just a restaurant.

You can also order buffet, it's really cheap and tasty. You'll get another corner in restaurant where they've buffet. According to their service they'll guide you.

Food: Mutton pepper - What was supposed to be fiery turned out a rubbery affair; very hard meat thereby was unable to chew it through; spices were okay but the meat, UH OH!! 🤕

Chilli chicken - Oh no, too hard!! Spicy batter fried kabab with green chilly; had to struggle to pick out the meat from the bones 😑

Rumali roti with egg dal fry - Soft roti with a never before-tasted curry; similar to a lentil fry minced with egg podimas but with no trace of an egg; the dal was smooth and with the roti, this was sumptuous 👍

Shadhi mutton biryani - Though it mentioned seeraga samba biryani, this wasn't anything like it; no frills, the meat was tender but dry on the inside; the rice was flavourful but calling it Shadhi mutton is blasphemy 😔

Chicken shawarma - Strong mayo with chopped juicy meat; the roti was soft on the inside, roasted meat was good but had a sour smell to it 🫣

Grape lemonade - Something refreshing with a unique combination of grape and lemon (both sour but sweet), GOOD 🫡

Ambiance/Price: Large seating space with decent parking. The service was very underwhelming with so much waiting time even to place an order. The ambiance was straightforward with not 6 embellishments. The prices were moderate, but being all across Bangalore there must be some consistency in...
