Beetle Juice Bar - Springs Hotel & Spa, Basvanagudi, Bangalore . Visited this place yesterday in the afternoon and ordered the following: Hara Bhara Kebab Manchurian 2 LIITs . Starting with the kebabs, we were served with just 4 pieces of kebabs in one plate, whereas the quantity originally should be more than just 4 pieces in a plate. Manchurian had salt in excessive quantity at various portions. It was not evenly spread. LIITs that we received were firstly, not at all LIITs in any way. It taste more like Coke and had some white particles floating in both the drinks. On asking the management, they said that it would have come from outside. How can some particles enter both the drinks from the air by magic ? Left the drinks. . Also, we ordered Dal Makhni Kulcha combos which after say 20 minutes, we enquired, and realised that they did not pass the order to the chef. We had to just leave this place in disappointment. . The place and ambience is good.. But the service is not up-to the mark. The staffs are not quick enough. My order was delivered after the drink got over, order was delayed by 1hr 15mins. My friends ordered 4 mocktails, but it wasn't like a mocktail but a normal juice.. For our next order we had to search n wait for the waiter!!!!!

Very convenient location close to JC road & Shantinagar bus station area. The roof top makes it elegant & it's interior is clean, spacious & comfortable.
