OYO 80174 Prakrathi Grand — Hotel in Bengaluru

Place is very dirty. They said they would clean the room and that it would take 5 minutes, and it did. Old stained blanket, really dirty and extremely unpleasant toilet.||||Staff doesn't speak English. They only know numbers, so if you wanna play some math games they're fine, other things they don't know (really!?). How is someone supposed not to know English while he works at a hotel reception??||||Once we were checking out they said that we had to pay extra since we had exceeded our 24h stay, when the night before, when I asked him, he saud that it was ok to check out at the agreed time. Again, he said that he couldn't explain this cause he doesn't know English.||||Our online booking said that breakfast was included. No breakfast...

You want shelter with an affordable price!!!! Then this is a good place. But you should not cry for hospitality and customer relationship management etc. The location is little far from places like Koramangala and Indira Nagar, but you travel easily as the bus stop is nearer to this hotel. Try to come back to the hotel quickly as the place is less crowded...

Though room was small and compact but was facilitated with every facility and neatly maintained.Idea for staying for 1 to 2 nights...||The A/C was good and there was a mini refrigerator along with a Sony Bravia LCD TV.||Staffs were cordial and helping.Definitely going to recommend this...
